Last week ( Currently Oct 19th, 2002 ), the Kuwait parliament was very busy with the introduction of new anti-terrorism legislation, when two apparently terrorist attacks took place on US Soldiers based in Kuwait. Seemingly, most western news sources ignore the facts that these laws were already being discussed when the attacks took place and were not a result of the attacks themselves. Situation in Indonesia is very much alike.
