INTRODUCTION WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF QE.

What is QE? QE stands for Quantum-level Electronics. This is actually a misnomer. The blend of electronics and the application of quantum-level science employed make better use of things ordinary electronics uses. These things I refer to, are in electronics, sub-atomic 'particles' called electrons. Electrons are not really particles as we have discovered in the past few decades, which is why the birth of quantum physics became a reality. We are using forces, and invisible functions of a microscopic world we have been able to master to an extent that allows us to view pictures and transmit information, and a host of other applications. When we are aware that electrons are only one component in a vast array of other components that make up our world, and when we realize they too are manipulated with many of the same parts used in electronic hardware, our applications for using QE are an extension of our ability to use electrons.

If you are reading this it is because someone probably gave it to you. There are other sources - books and organizations on this subject. I hope you are able to find them, it will augment this material. IT IS IMPORTANT- you realize that once you have completed surveying all of the material here, you have really only just begun in the exploration of a subject that is uncharted and unfinished. It is a new frontier and one of experiment.

The reason for my disseminating the material has been to arm the people of the world with knowledge. Knowledge is power and this knowledge is the power of Kings. The 'QE' devices were built under in the past. Only the title - QE is new! You will discover that the Israelites too once had a device that operated on QE. It was called the Ark of the Covenant!

As a tool QE is a magnificent way to extend the power of the human mind and achieve great things. World Peace and a clean environment are things that this tool can bring about. Disease and famine need not be as prevalent. While I advocate the peaceful use only in the realm of QE, it should be also known that like every aspect of knowledge this too could be used for destructive things as well.

A moral quandary therefore exists. Like atomic power, this knowledge is capable of cutting both ways. In war, guns and weapons systems have evolved greatly. War and the struggle to defend against an enemy have served as the reason for invention in peacetime use, many things such as the microwave oven. God says in the Bible, "Thou shall not kill", and yet in direct contradiction to this, the Almighty God directed the tribes of Israel, using the Ark to do just that. They traveled the desert, and as they were directed to do, tribes and peoples perished under the Israelis.

It was not a despotic or tyrannical use of power, but one of righteousness and it began as the Israelites left the Pharaoh and the oppression, of his rule. As slaves for hundreds of years these people were in a defensive posture escaping Egypt with the guiding hand of Moses. Moses was I believe actually the one that intervened, not GOD, and made the 'miracles' of the pestilence and other disasters to fall on the Pharaoh. A way to explain the death of the firstborn males, the locusts is in QE. Turning water into blood is not possible as currently understood, but the ramifications of it being a QE application are still there. The accounts of the use of rods are particularly telling in the use of QE. Rods are used as a form of wave-guide or antennae. But whether it was Moses or GOD, the use of violence or of a violent resolution was necessary in the end. Despots and ruthless dictators do not yield their power.

I am in fact hoping that some of the first people to read this material are Jewish. I am going to make sure that if they aren't already aware, they will be now! For them, this should not really be new, but it seems that way. I am telling them something they already known, but not the way they were using it or understood it over four thousand years ago!

As Communists move across the globe in the beginning of the 21st century, the future of mankind hangs in the balance. The future of Israel is being threatened more than ever by forces of evil and a force that Israel has been battling for literally aeons. Americans, once proud and independent are also under assault. The country is loyal to the Jewish cause but may not be able to much longer. Communists are taking America and the world, America is the last real bastion of freedom standing. Communists have been violent however, and we only have to look behind the borders of Communist Occupied China, and others to see people within are being mistreated. They are forced to surrender their freedoms, their own personal beliefs even, and sacrifice their lives, and their family's to the 'greater good' that of the state. Abortion is a forced thing in China as are many aspects of every person's life. In Russia, South Africa and in Latin America the story of oppression, heavy-handed rule applies. If a world government forms and even if it doesn't, people are the only ones that can change their environment to one of freedom and liberty if they so choose. Communists do not have that choice.

The founding fathers of Liberty in the United States of America resorted to violence, as they had no other choice. Their other non-violent strategies were tried but did not work! Our county was divided, the colonists were fighting their own ancestry. But in the end the price of liberty was paid. It is doubtful a resolution using non-violence would have formed the nation we have today with a Bill of Rights and a declaration of Independence unless it was granted or bestowed upon us by the tyrannical British. As we stand today, we assert it is not a gift that one gives, but a fundamental property that is inherently given man to have. The British were very good a giving things that were not theirs to begin with. The Communists work another way. For one, they like today's British, make sure that the real or imagined foe is unarmed. They want their citizens unable to defend against force- violent force if necessary. They aren't concerned about defense against outside forces but their own rule! If it is oppressive enough a smart invader might find a way to use the people inside the land they wish to conquer. Our forefathers wrote a guarantee into the Constitution that insured that never again would a government be able to take a defenseless group of humanity. Guns if taken, will be turned against those without them. Government can never take QE or the knowledge of it once it is released. Armed with only guns, the entity that has QE will prevail even without guns.

QE can be used as a weapon of tremendous proportion. Unlike a gun, QE can be used for healing and longevity as well. QE is not meant to replace a gun, but it can defend you better than not having either! Guns can be used to defend against an oppressor, but not if you are without ammunition, or your guns are taken away, which is what has happened in Communist and Socialist Occupied countries. QE once in possession will not be dispossessed so easily. It is portable and the energy it uses is available virtually anywhere. It was necessary to use force in the liberation of the oppressed slaves of Egypt, and throughout history up to the time of colonial America. It may be that if armed the people will not ever be disturbed from peace again. It may be that QE could be turned into a force against good and would were it not that QE is also an excellent tool for defense against others armed in QE as well. With the liberty we purchase, humanity must learn to coexist and to respect each other and all life. If we fail to do so we will perish. With freedom comes self-government and that implies responsibility. America was never in the business to 'liberate' the world as Communists claim to be. They are too busy just trying to maintain and keep the liberation that was earned over two hundred years ago! I like others understand that the oppressed will never get free by our efforts alone. It takes courage to stand up of your own accord, and make the necessary changes in your own lives. I can show how to arm yourself once again, it is up to you to try peaceful solutions with this new power without having to resort to less attractive options. Moses had to do it however and so have others. But Moses was better equipped than the Pharaoh who should have known that Moses was in line for the seat of power. There are other comments on this I could make. Suffice it to say that my wish is for those who are losing it to regain their freedom and liberty, and secure a safe haven. For those that are outside of shelter, I show you how to use the tools to get the freedoms perhaps you have never even enjoyed or understand! You must look to yourself and your neighbor for the solutions. QE will help in making this possible.

My personal comments will now appear more frequently in this blue font. I had some in the previous chapters, but I will try to be consistent from here on out. We will continue now with the book, Magic: Science of The Future by Joseph F. Goodavage. (in part of course, I am not interested in duplicating the entire book) pg. 24.

Discoveries currently being suppressed include: 1) remedies for cancer, 2) cures for arthritis and paralysis, 3) radionic devices and psionic machines capable of miracles of diagnosis and treatment, 4) dowsing devices to detect water, oil, gold, uranium, coal, and so forth, 5) the discovery of rudimentary life within the solar system, 6) new discoveries about extrasensory perception, and 7) the monumental works of Immanuel Velikovsky and other potentially great names whose discoveries conflict with the opinions held by orthodox scientists.

he Dean Drive qualifies as a discovery /invention that has been suppressed due to ignorance of the laws of gravity. The statement of Newton's Third Law, "For every action there is an opposite and equal reaction," often creates the impression that the mystery of gravity has been solved.

It hasn't.

o date, nobody knows the exact nature of gravity, how it is generated, or what makes it work. We'll never be able to explore interstellar space without somehow mastering it. This means we're going to have to go back and restudy Newton- and then some! Back to the earliest days of physics- back to Galileo and before him. For a clearer understanding of gravity and inertia we may have to begin all over again (with rudimentary mechanistic devices such as weights, centrifugal gadgets, torsion balances, and so on).

Consciously or not, Big Science is suppressing a principle necessary to build a true space drive, because there's little recognition of the need for it. Or maybe recognition for the common man to have it . Note an invention of my own is on the same line that I call the E.S.G. for Energy Stratification Gyrotandem. The Dean Drive transforms rotary motion into lifting force. The widespread scientific belief that Newton's Third Law is the final word on gravity is keeping scientists from even looking at a demonstration of the Dean Drive because they already "know" its success is "impossible." Funny too since it employs the Third Law in its operative mode! I know that is how my invention is able to work as well. Keep in mind that we were already dissecting UFOs, and learned how they are working. The same scientists who knew it wouldn't work wouldn't be getting paid or granted through the very same people who financed the building of new craft could they? For more information on that read: The Cosmic Conspiracy, by Stan Deyo. He actually worked for the British who had a plant that built first plasma driven and then later, magnetically driven propulsion capable according to him of light speeds in the nineteen seventies. This latter propulsion system was built in a plant tucked away from prying eyes in the heart of Australia. Stan D. is living in Perth.

This kind of inertia is what drives true discoverers mad with frustration.

Built by inventor Norman Dean of Washington, D.C., the prototype of the demonstration model is a device with counter-rotating eccentric masses that generate a powerful non-reactive force. When the machine is placed on a scale and turned on, some of the weight goes- will, somewhere. This "violate" the Law of Conservation of Momentum, and today's scientists are in pretty much the same position as the members of the Holy Inquisition in Galileo's day. They "knew" that the Sun was "an absolutely perfect body" without flaws or blemishes. So when Galileo told them to look at the sunspots through his telescope, not only did they refuse, but he was charge with heresy for his efforts. Big Science is very much like the Church of the middle Ages.

In these "enlightened times" science intellectually suffocates anyone who won't play the game their way. Supported by a kind of academic and industrial Mafia, Big Science has the money and power to enforce its edicts. Hovering octupus-like in the background is the military and industrial combine about which General Eisenhower repeatedly warned. The most influential political figures can't oppose such power and survive. In order to keep from spinning his wheels in this incredible pressure "to publish." Relevance to anything going on in the "outside world" is negligible, insignificant, or coincidental. If he wants to succeed, he'd better damn soon learn to churn out at least one "important research paper" a year- the equivalent of a 300-page book. The name of the game is bigger and better financial grants from government and big foundations, which amounts to a pointless charade of ego and power.

The Incredible Hieronymus Machine

Flying high over the peaceful, rolling hills and lush farmland of the Cumberland Valley near the Pennsylvania Dutch Country, the converted military reconnaissance aircraft's wing-mounted cameras faithfully recorded thousands of acres below where the precious crops were being attacked by countless hordes of hungry insects.

The men who'd chartered the plane developed the film and showed it to one of the local farmers. He outlined the blighted areas of his farm in ink, spreading patches of brownish-gray. A young technician from the Homeotronic Research Foundation in Newport, PA. scissored out the sections the farmer had indicated, and kept the negatives. Then he placed the selected cuts in the small well of a strange-looking black box with dials on the outside and some kind of electronic-looking circuitry inside. An electric cord on the box was plugged into an outdoor socket.

"Turn this large dial on the top all the way to the right," the technician instructed the farmer, "every morning from 8:30 to 11 for a week.

Several days passed before the farmer and the owners of thee black box device inspected the "treated" areas. They found that virtually every corn borer, Japanese beetle, and even the nematodes in the soil of the outlined areas were completely dead- exterminated in some strange manner by "something" - a nonelectronic power or force from the box.

In central Florida a few months later, Dr. William J. Hale, then chief of Dow Chemical Company research, photographed a blighted citrus orchard. He painted the pictures of several rows of infected trees with a chemical that was deadly to the insects, in this case, the slender, threadlike nematodes, which in a warm climate are among the world's most destructive and ineradicable parasites. They bore into the soil to depths of 10 to 14 feet and are perfectly immune to the most deadly pesticides.

Dow's chief chemist placed the photograph into a device that looked almost identical to that used in Pennsylvania and instructed the citrus grower as follows: "Turn this big dial all the way to the right for two hours every morning ." This particular machine seemed to be electronically powered, but there was no visible power source.

One week later, every second row-the areas Dr. Hale had painted with the chemical reagent in the photograph- was free of the parasitic infestation. Uncountable numbers of dead nematodes deep in the soil, unreachable by ordinary means, had been killed by some invisible force from the "machine" in the soil that had been their haven and breeding ground.

The extermination of insects - at a distance and without pesticides- at the Municipal Works in Rosenheim, West Germany, was also reported in detail in the November 3, 1969, issue of the Journal of Paraphysics. Similar experiments in California an Arizona were conducted by members of the Homeotronic Research Foundation. Fifty thousand acres of diseased and insect infested trees were treated successfully.

In this "biotonic" treatment, the "resonant point of contact" was a leaf or some sap from a plant or tree. In the same way, people have been treated with these psionics machines; among humans, a sample of blood, a lock of hair, or a skin scraping have been used to establish the "link" to the patient. Even a photograph can be used effectively - as long as the negative isn't destroyed!

Impossible? Of course it is - according to the :"known and accepted laws of science." But science couldn't possibly know all the laws that exist in the Universe. In fact, by the discovery of a completely new and different kind of energy or force, researchers learned that the scientific method doesn't always work!

In 1950 a man named J. P. Boyce of Victorville, California, was invited to visit the helpless owners of a huge expanse of cotton in Arizona near Tucson called the Cortaro Farms. Despite heavy crop dusting on a wholesale basis, the cotton growers were being eaten out of several million dollars by boll weevils. They were desperate, so when they heard the fantastic stories about Boysce's "magic box" they decided to try it.

pg 52 Here's part of a feature story written by Norman Harrington for the Tucson Daily Citizen about what happened: "The management of the Cortaro farms gave Boyce an 80-acre plot of cotton to work on and sat back to watch the results. "Here's where the story becomes more fantastic! "First, this man took an aerial photo of the 80-acre field. He then determined what insects were likely to strike the cotton field and selected a natural repellent. Science says that every known insect has a 'natural' repellent, so this is fairly easy to determine. "Then the man brought out a small piece of radio-like equipment built in a piece of aluminum luggage. He grounded the gadget and extended a whip-antenna some eight to ten feet in the air. He turned the thing on for a few minutes and then packed it up and left. "He returned twice a week during the bug season and performed the same operation. He talked several other cotton growers in the area into allowing him to treat their fields of growing cotton and each job was handled in a similar fashion. "In nearby fields the crop dusting planes were at work day after day dropping their clouds of death-dealing fog on the pesky insects, but in the treated fields all was quiet and peaceful with the bees humming happily and the butterflies flitting from one blossom to another. "And to the surprise of everyone-except the man with the gadget-there were no plant-destroying or boll-destroying insects in the treated fields. "The cotton in these fields seemed to be stronger and the bolls seemed to have more seed. The crop from the treated acres looks like a bumper harvest. More cotton for less money. "Truly a push-button war on bugs. "At this point," Harrington conceded, "you have a right to ask "How does it work?" My only answer is to attempt to explain the process as it told to me in an hour and a half by J.P. Boyce of Victorville, CA- the man with the 'thing'.

"The photo negative of the field being treated was inserted in the machine to determine the basic carrier wave released by the machine. That localizes the treatment to one plot of land. Then the natural repellent is inserted into another part of the machine so that its wave length is transmitted out on the basic carrier wave of the field. The process is much the same as that employed in modern radio broadcasting where speech or music is transmitted on a certain wavelength that can be picked up by a receiving set.

"Here's where the machine goes to work: the insect has picked its lunch by reacting to the plant wave-length that attracts its appetite. In the area of the plot of ground covered by the negative the machine releases a signal which strikes an unresponsive chord in the bug and he sails right on by seeking food elsewhere.."

Weeeee!! Harrington had only an hour and a half with this man, so his description lacks a few fine details-such as the fact that the machine can kill. (pg 53)

But it's an ill wind that doesn't have some cooling influence. Psionic machines can also heal and cure, often by thoroughly mystifying means. It's easier to grasp an idea like this when it's first applied to lower animals or - in this case -plants. A group of the psionic researchers in Pennsylvania demonstrated -in a most unusual experiment- that the future condition of an organism can be detected electronically and photographically! (In the next chapter on electrodynamic fields, you'll see scientific evidence amounting to virtual proof of the existence of the human "aura" or L-field.

These experimenters placed a lily seed in the well of one of their psionic devices-this one patterned after the Delawarr camera in England. After the plate was developed, the experimenters were exuberant; the bulb cycle of the life potential in the lily seed was revealed as an extraordinarily clear X-ray picture! Using the same seed, the man operating the camera concentrated on a still later period in the lily's life cycle and, while "tuning" to the correct vibrational rate, developed another photograph (totally different from Kirlian photography) in which the fully developed lily was flowering!

At the laboratories of George de la Warr in Oxford, England, a white-coated lab technician placed a few drops of a woman's blood into the receptacle of an odd-looking device full of interior lenses, coils, and prisms-in effect, an inside-out camera. While concentrating intently, he turned a series of dials and stroked a flat plate. An assistant loaded a photographic plate into a side slot. Silently, they timed the exposure. The developed picture was a profile view of a woman's lower vertebrae and pelvic region. A semitransparent human fetus was clearly visible.

"She's about 10 to 12 weeks along, I'd say," one lab tech guessed. "That's about right. Let's see if it progresses normally; do you suppose we could see it at five or six months.?"

They could and did. All over the world there's a new kind of excitement, a spirit of adventure beyond the wildest dreams of Arabian Nights fanciers. It's expanding and accelerating with enormous speed and enthusiasm. Both at the government and academic levels hardly a month goes by without three or four announcements of important national and international forums discussing previously unheard-of theories.

New York University, for example, held a conference in May, 1974, titled, "Focusing New Energies," Some of the topics: "Bioenergetics: In Search of our Living Force"; "The Energy Field (Aura) In Man and Nature"; "Psychic Aspectds of Healing"; "The New Way of Seeking and Knowing", and dozens of similar topics. The experts ranged from Al Huang to John Pierrakos to Andrija Puharich, all renowned names in parapsychology.

"There's a new force, an energy connected with people," wrote Lynn Schroeder and Shelia Ostrander in Psychic Discoveries Behind the Iron Curtain, "an energy known or unknown that can be directed by mind. That's why interest is running high. why even the Soviets are trying to find the general laws behind spectacular feats (such as bending metal with mind power, making objects sail through the air, killing live organisms at long range, tracing and locating foreign agents in distant cities from their photographs alone), just as flying a kite to catch a spark of lightning is important only because it led to the discovery of the .laws of electricity."

But Heironymus was very careful to introduce his device simply as an instrument for detecting "emanations from inert matter," mainly minerals. For reasons best known to himself, Hieronymus deliberately kept the life-affecting capacities of his device a well-kept secret.

At about the same time in Oxford, England, another psionics researcher, George De la Warr, made the starling discovery that the emulsion on a photographic plate was somehow linked to the person whose photograph was taken-or to anything or anyone else in the photograph.

If this had been the only discovery of its kind, the total skepticism of orthodox medical experts would be understandable, but it wasn't. Dozens (perhaps scores) of others were performing identical experiments in America,
England, France, Germany, and Australia. (Hardly anyone knew it then, but their Soviet counterparts were already engaged in official psionics research programs.) pg 56

But most Western scientists shrugged off the reports as though they were the brainchildren of crackpot inventors, "magic" ritualistic superstition masquerading as science and camouflaged with nonfunctional electronic "props." The American Medical Association called it "voodoo" and classified it with the use of placebos- the medical practice of dispensing harmless pills composed of sugar or some "inert" substance when a doctor believes the patient's illness is imaginary...

Dr. Abrams was born in San Francisco in 1865 and graduated with honors from the University of Heidelberg. He later became professor of pathology at Stanford University where he continued to build and test magnetic and electrical devices to detect disease in living tissue. Though his work was not well received, he managed to invent a variety of radionic instruments that were far ahead of their time - so much so, that it took the discovery of the Fields of Life to help put psionics in its proper perspective.

"No matter how small or diluted it may be, there's a resonance between the whole human body and each of its parts," said Ruth Drown, inventor of a radionics receiver-transmitter device, prior to her death after a brief stint in a West Coast Prison for "fraud." The hostile American Medical Association protested about her methods and devices, and she was charged and convicted for fraud and medical quackery. Her device, of course, was declared a hoax by the American Medical Association's legal experts. The AMA had merely heard about reports from cured patients, but did not conduct tests of its own.

Oddly enough, even the blood of identical twins is different enough to emit a dissimilar "resonance." The body as a whole emanates a characteristic sonorousness. In his book New Worlds Beyond the Atom, Lanston Day said: "After discovering that the emulsion of an ordinary photographic plate is somehow linked to the person in the photograph, we found that the same rule applied to plants. Later we discovered that plant growth could be stimulated by color irradiation from a distance -indirectly, that is, by bathing the photograph of the plant with light.

"How can there be a link between a plant and its photograph?" he wondered. "The image on the plate is formed by the multiplicity of reflected light rays coming from the cabbage," De la Warr explained. "But in addition to light, other kinds of vital radiations are also emanating from the cabbage; these are received by the emulsion.

"Each molecule of matter carries an electric charge which is specific for that particular molecule; this charge acts as an inconceivably tiny radio station which both transmits and receives its own particular signals. When these countless myriads of charged molecules are broadcasting, they build a Generic Pattern which is the means whereby form or shape appears in the material world.

"The combined signal from a plant or a human being, a signal composed of the separate broadcasts of the billions of charged molecules which compose it, is unique. The cabbage in your larder is not quite the same as any other cabbage, and 'Mr. Brown' for example, is a little different in his physical makeup from any other man in the world. In the same way, the signals broadcast from this cabbage, or from 'Mr. Brown,' are different from any other broadcast signals.

"Furthermore, since each tiny molecular change is also a receiving station, the Generic Pattern of a plant or a human being governs the pattern of signals received from outside. This is where a photograph plays its part. The emulsion retains the Generic Pattern of the thing which is photographed, and therefore it acts as a tuned transmitter. If a radionic broadcast is projected through it, this Generic Pattern will transmit exactly the pattern of radiations suitable for affecting the plant (or human being) at a distance."

When Ed Hermann, an engineer at McGraw-Hill, the New York-based publishing company, requested that Hieronymus treat a caterpillar-infested tree on his lawn, he never expected anything as far-out as "long-distance extermination." Everything else he'd tried had failed however. For several years, and in spite of all the pesticides he and his neighbors used, every wild cherry tree in his northern New Jersey neighborhood was under murderous attack by hordes of voracious tent caterpillars.

Hermann knew about psionics and was then in touch with Hieronymus. The Florida inventor was visiting Brig. Gen. Henry R. Gross's Homeotronic Research Foundation at the latter's farm near Harrisburg, PA. Gross, who was then State Director of Selective Service, was working with psionic devices, and was successfully exterminating insects from great distances on more than 90 farms in the Cumberland Valley.

"Send me a photograph of your tree," Hieronymus wrote Hermann. "Put some leaves and a few caterpillars in a box and mail them along. And don't forget to include the negative," he added.

This seemed a bit odd to Hermann, but he complied. Three hundred miles separated his home from the Gross farm. But in a few days, as he pulled into his driveway after work, he hit the brakes and stared in wide-eyed astonishment. Seemingly everywhere he looked, thousands of caterpillars were scurrying away from the tree. A carpet of dead insects lay in a full circle under the branches and leaves from which they'd fallen -killed by some mysterious kind of energy.

"For your records," Hermann wrote to Hieronymus later, "I think you should know that whatever you did to the cherry tree on our lawn was good. We don't have a caterpillar n sight! This isn't normal; last year we were still burning off caterpillars in late June and early July with flaming kerosene torches. something definite and specific was done here." (pg 61)

At this point it is safe to say that there are many questions still unanswered. The point I want to review here in QE 2 is there are various methodologies that were employed by researchers working Independently of each other around the world. I find however the abilities to use common elements in the investigation of phenomenon also found to have common elements, something that merits legitimacy to the work. The book of Magic Science of The Future is not the only one on the subject, but I found it to be one of the best. Many clues to how this new field of exploration worked is here to be read. There are mistakes to learn from and operative methods to remember. In QE3, we will further explore these many things. And something about how it works will also include actual copies to patents the book referred to. I ordered them myself. There are many things that will begin to make sense over a period of time. How much time spent researching or working the problems will give you insight to the many ramifications such knowledge brings. This concludes the section in QE 2.

Over the years individual and widely separated researchers in psionics have been discovering and rediscovering that al matter emits radiations. Mesmer's experiments goaded von Reichenbach into studying people who exhibited ESP talent. With the help of these sensitives, von Reichenbach accumulated a wealth of data indicating the existence of something he called the Odic Force. He discovered it in crystals, in heat, light, magnets, and in living cells; he found it wherever chemical reactions were taking place.

Other scientists have found the same force being generated from the growth of living cells. They called it Mitogenic Radiation. At Columbia University three scientists, I.I. Rabi, P. Kusch and S. Millman, developed a new apparatus which conclusively proved that some kind of ray or vibrations pass between one molecule and another. They showed that each molecule, living or inert, is a small radio transmitter (and receiver) that broadcasts continuously. Their waves range over the entire electromagnetic spectrum-and beyond. The sheer volume of these vibrations is apparently limitless. A single molecule can give off rays of a million different wavelengths, but only on one frequency at a time.

When the Hieronymus machine is in operation, the Eloptic Radiation stimulates the Generic Pattern of the subject and some kind of psychic bond or link is established between the emanations of the atoms and molecules of matter and the mind of the operator. Prior to 1946 when Hieronymus (who happens to be a Fellow in the Society of Electrical Engineers) patented his invention, he had learned that any mineral or chemical compound could be identified by placing an ore sample on a tray, concentrating on the element he was seeking to identify, and turning a dial. When the fingers with which he was stroking a small plate on the machine "stuck," he knew the dial was tuned to the right frequency. Everything has its own "rate"; it makes no difference who does the tuning. If the operator is thinking about copper, the device will detect the presence of copper (if there is any) in the sample of ore.

At this point you should be aware that although the same setting on a particular machine will exist for a certain specific substance it can also be for a certain energy or even, yes a certain thought or state of mind. Also keep in mind the settings are the same regardless of who operates that machine but here let me stress it is only on that particular machine. A similar machine could have a different setting for the same material or thing if in the other machine, the length of wire, or the difference in resistance in potentiometers, even in length of wires in the use of coils or circuit. And so also, a difference in the design will of course obviously change the way the setting is on one machine versus another one is found. There can be a wide variety of design and circuit configurations and they will have essentially the same functional application although some may work better at it than others.

As a detector, it operates in much the same way as a dowsing rod. Everyone who duplicates the experiment will obtain the same dial setting, or rate, for the vibration of copper. No other metal present in the sample will register unless the operator is thinking of it while dialing. This Odic Force, Eloptic Radiation, or whatever it is, can be caught on a photographic plate and then the detector will react to a photograph of of the mineral specimen as well as it would to the mineral itself.

Like De la Warr's camera, the Hieronymus Machine also detects emanations from blood samples, minerals, plants, insects-anything at all- that cannot be recorded by any other known method. Moreover, as John Campbell discovered, the device works even when disconnected from a power source, ordinary household current.

Because all psionic devices work on the same principle, they can be used as receivers and transmitters. This is why physical illnesses can be positively influenced when the patient is in another town or city. All it takes is a bit of saliva on a blotter, a lock of hair, a skin scraping, a blood sample, or even a photograph.

For the longest time I was afraid that the advent in computer technology making film obsolete might restrict the application of pictures. I think you will find however that the array in the video camera, and the digital mind interfacing the process is in fact a powerful psionic amplifier that will catch and retain in bits of information the same patterns found in a regular photograph using silver crystals in the medium for pickup. I could be wrong. It has not been thoroughly tested as of this writing. It has been tested quite successfully for my satisfaction, that good magazine prints from photographs are nearly as good as a photo itself.

According to present understanding of psionics, the radiations from all matter in the entire Universe can be directed along a wire like electricity, or transmitted from the subject on light waves.

Compare this to the hunches eluded to us by the author David Ickes in his two books, "The Biggest Secret," or " .. and the truth shall set you free" where it is disclosed how sacrificial rituals or murder of certain people, like John F. Kennedy, are used to project some kind of energy. This energy is frequently if not always utilized for a specific purpose. It is manipulated to affect the general population somehow. In addition it is done on locations that have significant geographical importance using knowledge of ley lines in the earth to broadcast or amplify these energies. It is possible that now 'they' can even use power grids from certain key lines in the electrical power distribution network to achieve this as well.

At first, some experimenters seem to have more natural talent, skill, or patience than others, but to the astonishment of nearly everyone who received copies of Patent No. 2,482,773 from the U.S. Patent Office (Washington, D.C. 20025), and built the device, it worked according to Hieronymus' instructions. When John Campbell built the device and encouraged Ed Hermann to test it, the "stick" occurred at the right point on the dial every time it was used.

It's a baffling, paradoxical, and altogether incredible invention. It can't really be called a machine because it operates just as well when the power is disconnected. In this respect, it's a tool. The key to all psionic devices is the Mind of the operator, which is usually tuned to the emanations of whatever object is under analysis.

Man's first really powerful tools for helping his mental capacities were the equivalents of pencil an paper. Nearly anyone can perform impressive mental feats with them. Try adding four seven-digit numbers, for example, without them; yet it isn't the paper and pencil that does the calculating- even if you can't do it without them.

"Psionics," declared Dr. William J. Hale when he was chief of Dow Chemical's Research Division , "is the field of human achievement beyond science. Only after several thousand years has science been put into some kind of reasonable order. Anyone who thinks this completely new field-as broad and deep, of not more so, than all known modern science-can be thoroughly investigated in just a few decades, is sorely deluding himself!"

He wrote a book about agricultural psionics called Farmer Triumphant, * in which he said" "The human mind capable of modulating an energy pattern has a direct connection with physical forces; Universal Mind is able to manifest through an energy pattern as matter. The Hieronymus device connects a purely mental function, which we call extrasensory perception, with an image on a photographic plate. These psionic devices provide us with an extradimensional tool which is able to probe the gross material results to see what is happening a little higher up on the ladder of Causation."

The fact that a psionic machine in unscrupulous hands might enable an operator, at least theoretically, to kill another human being, has never been fully and/or openly dealt with by the experts for fairly obvious reasons. Yet this apparently unlimited power over life and death resides in the mind of almost anyone-including skilled operators of psionic devices. The incredulity of orthodox scientists provides a safe haven for the potential psionics manipulator or killer. He can cause the death of another human and literally get away with it. It will take radical new legislation and (alas!) psionic policemen to enforce such laws before there will be any protection against the misuse of psionics.

The author's sentiments are not necessarily all mine. I believe we have a responsibility and a right to bear arms. The type of arms does not matter, since that is whatever fits the time. We must as a people in a free Republic see to it that the Constitutional Rights we have are not taken away. It was observed that a government without restraint is a force that is too strong to resist. A good government is sufficiently afraid and restrained by the governed populace. The checks and balances in power absolutely dictate the necessity to be able to wage an armed defense against all enemies including internal or those of the government if those forces are used against the will and freedoms and rights of the people.

Now on the subject of whether or not a power source is needed to run these devices my answer to this is that although it is not conventional power, there is indeed some sort of power. It is what may turn out to be part of the unified force that Albert Einstein was trying so hard to prove and define mathematically. But whatever it is, the fact remains that indeed there is a power and if not careful, the device will still be working regardless power connections. The source is usually a ground, and/or a water table, well, or lake or river. The thing is, for instance that if you disconnect the power 'source', the device will still be immersed in the gravity field and a certain amount of power flow will still occur. When disconnecting, a switch is not really sufficient. If you are using a plate array condenser, as shown in illustration later, you can short the devices out by bringing the positive end and bridging or connecting the negative end(s) together. Still, a bleeding of power may occur, and a prudent thing to do is to house the device after shorting it out in a shielded containment of some sort.

This brings me to the subject of something else. Allow me to jump ahead now into configurations of plate arrays. Condensers are major elements that work as drivers in Cloud Busters and are also used in tunable devices like the Hieronymous device. But focusing on a fixed plate array set in a 'spark gap' with a certain number of plates that are not adjustable. What you have is something that can be set to one frequency and if placed in a different physical configuration may be used in conjunction to a cavity to resonate and amplify certain effects. View figure 1. Here is an example of a plate array configured into a box or three-dimensional form. The positive leads are the plate surface area of the interior of the box. Any part of the exterior of the box can act as a conductor to the ground or negative force connection. What does this do? That is not open to discussion here, but in trying to deactivate or neutralize such a device, one must reach from the exterior through to the interior of the box with a conductor to bridge the to ends and short it out. Problem is, even doing this, the draw is only resituated, as it would be in a flat panel array. The two opposite ends are now the negative part of the circuit, and the middle area sandwiched between is the positive.

If you will, please refer to a good copy of The Holy Bible. In it will be descriptions of the construction of the Ark of the Covenant. This amazing device was actually a psionic application. The founder of this device was Moses, and he was as you know a disciple and a groomed leader of the most powerful nation of the time- Egypt. He was the Pharaoh's son after all. This device was capable of amazing and miraculous things. The description of how it was built is not complete, but by reading the contents of the matter, one can discern that the box was of specific dimensions and was lined inside and out with gold, which is a super conductor as well. My belief is that this box was layered in such a way that it was made like a condenser. The plated areas were configured to be separated by a wood insulator- shitim wood. There were more than an inside and an outside layer. There were probably many layers. Notice how it was to be transported and handled. The box had to have special operators shielded as it were with a coat of metal and in it an array of jewels. There were rods inserted on the sides, and the carriers were grounding the device through their bodies to the rods. Even when situated on top of an altar this box was still active. The history of the disappearance of the box is a mystery. So much time has elapsed. The Bible alludes to the story that GOD was upset and caused a tremendous windstorm and buried the Ark in the desert with the small army of men that were escorting it. Chances are though an alternate version of the story-one I read in a book about the Ark is truer. In this account, the Israeli nation was under attack and the Queen of Sheba was present at one point before King David and his Court. The priests knowing the Ark would be in jeopardy by an invasion took preemptive action. Unknowingly, to King David, the Ark was substituted with a fake that looked just like the real one. The real one was given over to the Queen of Sheba who transported it in secret to the land she oversaw. That country today is Ethiopia. It is speculated that over the centuries those who knew the secret knowledge have sought the Ark. Over the centuries it has been carefully guarded. It is underground in a maze of concentric chambers; each one guarded by faithful who are charged with a lifetime assignment to protect and keep secret the Ark of the Covenant. Whether you choose or not to believe this version of the story or the other, there are two logical and brilliant conclusions to be made. First even if the Ark was buried and the location unknown, don't assume for one moment the people who built such an important artifact would ever forget how it was built. The knowledge of its construction would be a shared secret, no one person was responsible for single handedly building such an important thing. And it may be that the instructions or blueprints were never written down. But the details of how to build it would be passed from generation to generation perhaps in code, but passed indeed. Next, we can also surmise that if it were not destroyed, but buried, whether lost in a desert or not, we have a QE device that is underground. With that in mind, the possibility exists that for thousands of years now even though underground, that device is still operating!

With that in mind, Because it was never shorted or shielded a leakage has been happening that has had the cumulative effect on the environment of dissipating the normal energy flux or variance in the entire region. This has led to the creation I believe, of the Sahara Desert! If the desert were present four thousand years ago, there is no doubt it was much smaller than today. A movie I was viewing in school clearly showed how the desert was growing, creeping further south each year; consuming as much as an additional thirty miles along its border each year. Forecaster predicted then that at the current pace of growth, such a desert would consume half of Africa over the next century. The problem is that the environment the desert has feeds upon itself. The heat and dry conditions set up patterns in climate that create its own climate. Like a large forest fire that creates its own winds, the Sahara produces enough heat now that moisture entering the area is evaporated and displaced. The absorption of essential energy for the production of clouds is dissipated. Could it be that we are actually experiencing an advanced form of environmental decay as a result of having a QE device that has not been properly maintained or deactivated over the course of centuries? If so, we will have to face a powerful force that will be released if or when such a device should be found and deactivated. Or if not deactivated, the action created being buried may return to a balanced distribution of energy if brought back to the surface as the original design was intended. It could be that we will see dramatic climate change not to mention other fantastic effects should the Ark be found and brought up to the surface or a new one be constructed.

Now let those who have wisdom hear: With knowledge such as this, consultants would pay dearly for the opportunity to possess for themselves this knowledge to pass along to their clients. The wisdom given over to the rulers of the world would be immense. Be aware that now in the world a select few, now by reading this you are included, who know and think about such matters as this. Only a handful of people in the entire world make the decisions that affect the world based on the full extent of knowledge necessary to retain and properly administer the full extent of such power. As one of the retainer of this knowledge we stand in the position to consult ourselves the highest members of the human race. What we can do with such knowledge literally could create the single greatest historical event(s) of mankind. Be certain of that. See figure 3-1 on separate plate.

Refer to figure 3-2 for how to properly bridge the condenser, keeping in mind the same principle normally applies to more complex devices. You are in the position to find out things on your own. The idea is to simply connect the two opposite ends of the device making the connection between the positive and negative. The only problem is that in the process, draw could occur through the middle of the circuit. (See the box diagram) Also note how in the box diagram, there are ways to pull out a force that comes from the void or null point where nothing else should be able to enter.

More than 20 years ago however, skilled professionals and psychics such as Eileen Garrett and Martin Ebon clearly warned that the Soviets were going all-out in their efforts to train psychics, mediums, and clairvoyants, and to develop psionic devices and their psyhchotronic generators. At the same time, the Pentagon pointedly turned down Hieronymus' offer to test his invention for them under control conditions. The brass was hugely interested.

When John Campbell heard about it, he sent for the patent, built his own device according to specifications, tested it repeatedly, and induced everyone who visited his home in New Jersey to experiment with it. Campbell was tough-minded and individualistic and therefore seemed eccentric to corporation and government personnel who represented Big Science. True, he was a bit of a science-baiter, but the big man was absolutely fair and scrupulously honest when it came to the facts. Here's what he wrote to Hieronymous on June 4, 1956:

"If you can kill insect pests by working on a photograph, and at a distance of thousands of miles-if I accept that- it implies that you can kill me with such a machine, despite all I might do to hide, without my having any chance whatever of protecting myself, without my knowledge or opportunity to defend against the attack. The more you prove that you can kill living entities at a huge distance, without any understandable linkage that could be defended-the more you prove that I am helpless to protect myself.

Actually there are ways. And they are mighty clever. I will only say here that there are more than one way. The methods work automatically. In one instance you can simply apply your vibrational pattern to a modulation over on the solar vibration. This way anyone who tries to harm you psychically or psionically, will meet with the effects themselves anytime they should happen to be in the sun. Why? Because, what is happening to you goes onto a vibration broadcast that resonates with the sun. The sun changes in vibration over time, yet will basically remain fairly stable and in a general sense the same frequency provided the setting is not too tight to begin with. And due to its universal dispersion and the fact that it is relied upon every living thing on Earth, it is more than certain that with most intelligent life forms on the planet, they will be affected by the same vibration. I found that one drawback is in the fact that physiologically and even psychologically, there is a tendency as well to have your thoughts, emotions, or other physical aspects carry over on the solar wave where they can be picked up by others more easily if they are sensitive enough. Even those not as sensitive will respond to you and this means you have to be more on guard and like a leader careful to project only what you want others to follow. It is a complicated interplay and one that can be used against or for you. There are other vibrations that may work better, particularly if the agent working against you stays under ground or is away from the Earth. Then you could try air, or perhaps a ground vibration. Water may work. There are also reflecting vibrations that work like mirrors to reflect the harmful vibration back to the sender. This may require some mental exercises to really work better.

The more you make a man know that such forces exist-the less he can feel that he lives in a world of reasonable security wherein he can, at least, have warning of attack, and prepare to meet it.

"True, you're attacking only insects; you're helping human beings. But the implications are the, inherently, and cannot be denied. You cannot tell me how to defend myself against such an attack; if I acknowledge the reality of those forces- I acknowledge that I am helpless, and know of no defense.

"I selected your machine among the many possible psionic machines available because: 1) it was patented [Campbell was probably unaware at the time of the many others that were patented.]; 2) the patent specifically implied a mineral-analyzer, and the life-affecting characteristics could be ignored; 3) it looks lide4 an electronic-physical machine-it appears to make some sort of almost-sense at the purely physical science level.

" A man can learn only at the boundary of the known; your machine appears to be right on the boundary between pure electronics and psionics. Therefore, it appears as though this were a learnable-understandable device that can, with a little extension of already-understood concepts and a little study, be comprehended. "The therapeutic and diagnostic aspects of the machine-the life-force aspects-could be totally ignored, and so physical scientists could attack the problem without stirring deep, and extremely powerful fears. "That machine of yours is almost pure Magic. In the old, real and potent sense; it casts spells, imposes death-magic; and can be used for life-magic. It operates on the anciently known laws of Sympathetic Magic; it, like Voodoo dolls, applies the law that 'The Symbol is the Object, and that which is done to the Symbol occurs also to the Object.'

"That's a law, too-a real one. The primitive human tribes all over the world, from Eskimos through Hawaiians, Africans, Incas, ancient Greeks and prehistory European tribes, all independently came to the same fundamental conclusions...

"You're scaring people-and they have reason for their fears, while you can name no limits to this powerful technique! In the end we are left with pattern, form, and vibration, along with aspects of information. All things boil down to both singularity and composition in terms of information. This information is translatable when vectors that make up the perimeters of information are distorted or viewed from other points.

"I have a model of your analytical machine, simplified and streamlined to the ultimate. It consists solely of the circuit diagram; I have a symbol of the prism, not a real prism, mounted on a National Velvet Vernier dial; that, and a small copper loop, alone appear on the front surface of the panel. Back of the panel, the circuit diagram is drawn in India ink on standard drafting paper; the prism-symbol rotates in its appropriate place in the circuit diagram. The spiral coil is drawn in India ink on paper glued to the back of the panel; it is connected with the symbolized vacuum tube cathode by a second nylon thread from my wife's sewing kit.

"The machine works beautifully; the consistency of performance is excellent.

"We're working with magic-and magic doesn't depend on matter, but on form-on pattern rather than substance. "Your electronic circuit represents a pattern of relationships; this is important. The electrical characteristics are utterly unimportant, and can be dropped out completely. The machine fails when a tube burns out because that alters the pattern; it works when there is no power because the relationship of patterns is intact. My symbolic diagram works because the pattern is present..

"If you can do at a distance through barriers - it is implicit that you could observe at a distance through barriers. Clairvoyance means the end of personal privacy. The fact is implicit in the action at a distance without mechanism at the other end.

"It's frightening!"

Now think for just a moment about the Gohonzon. The distinct pattern found in a distributed pattern representing a powerful invocation. The varieties are many, but so too the number of people who share the same type of scroll. If properly enshrined the power could be amplified, even broadcast if the container of the scroll known as a butsadan were to be constructed in such a way as to make use of divine geometry, and other elements that may be found in other resonant cavity apparatus like the Ark of the Covenant. I will not go into all the ramifications here at this time, and ask only that you consider the implications such a concept as having a Gohonzon could represent.

When Hieronymus filed the patent application for his device in the U.S. in 1945, he was acutely aware of its potentialities. It could be used for great good-or terrible evil. This , he explained later, was why he deliberately omitted some critical factors. "Those were crucial times," he said. :There was a realignment of political and military power after World War II, and I was afraid it might get into the wrong hands."

Whatever the extent of his knowledge then, Hieronymus may have used psionics to discover that the Soviet Union was even then pursuing serious, state-supported research in the practical use of parapsychology as a tool for ESPionage on an unheard-of scale. He's still noncommittal about it, but did admit it was a tough decision to make. In light of what we now know of Russia's research in parapsychology, this might be the understatement of the century.

He knew that once his device became publicly known, sooner or later somebody was sure to realize that unlimited power might be available. There are enough intelligent, clever, often cunning and unprincipled individuals (and nations) who wouldn't hesitate to use his invention for personal gain or power-at everyone's expense.

"We've never found anything we couldn't analyze chemically or otherwise," Hieronymus said. "Distance is a negligible factor, too. When we analyze our physical world we find practically nothing physical, just the manifestation of energy.

By the same means, Professor S. W. Tromp described radionics in his book Psychical Physics: "With an instrument, the etheric energy pattern that corresponds to any given object, substance or condition can be artificially stimulated. The process is not on the physical level. It lies beyond the limits of the five known senses and seems to be outside the measurable electromagnetic spectrum."

Psionics, by any definition, bends the mind and shatters all preconceived notions and precedents. In order to publish a 22-page statement of "Vitality Intensity Values" of the Apollo astronauts-from liftoff to splashdown, and through the quarantine periods-Hieronymus and his colleagues established the Advanced Sciences Research and Development Corporation, Inc. (T. G. Hieronymus, Director, P.O. Box 23620, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33307.)

I had the opportunity to hear T. Galen Hieronymus speak at a Psychotronics Association meeting. He was old then and he is no longer with us on this Earth now. His wife who was also involved in the work survived him. I don't know if she is still around or not. They were quite sane and rational when I saw them. I could get quite a session in learning from him in even a few minutes of time. A person who was there from a daily standpoint could have learned an enormous amount of things.

"Of all the data collected and information covered by us during the flights," Hieronymus said, "the most important and startling is that there is a lethal belt of radiation on the Moon, apparently extending from about 65 miles down to approximately 15 feet from the surface. "There was a noticeable drop in the general vitality (of the astronauts) and an increase in carcinogenic readings. The pathologies increased until the men actually stepped onto the Moon, then everything reversed. This situation was the same in all other lunar landings."

Hieronymus issued 500 copies of this report to interested medical men and scientists. "Eloptic Energy," he insists, "does not relate in any way to Alpha or Beta particles or to gamma rays. It doesn't fit into any part of the electromagnetic spectrum. It operates in an entirely different media."

The healing powers of the mind over the body are well documented -as are its negative, destructive abilities. If we have this capacity to control our own health and disease conditions-including that of life and death-the logical extension would be that some of us should also be able to exercise control over others. If it can be done, it almost certainly is being done! But without using psionic devices, it is almost impossible to determine how sophisticated or powerful a stage the evolution of psionics has reached during the past two decades. pg. 69

Five psionics investigators have met untimely, mysterious deaths in recent years. Three of these were declared "natural" and two were listed as "suicides." To date, there's no such thing as a psionic " shield," and even if there were, it would have to be operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bell Laboratories and other electronics corporations are bidding for the rights to produce the Hieronymus device for commercial purposes.

Yes it is interesting to note what the author is saying in a book now almost thirty years old. Of course as explained earlier, there are some very effective ways to approach the problem in defensive posturing. It is not as hard as he thinks.

With blood samples taken from his wife and himself, George de la Warr once turned his camera and concentrated on their wedding day, an event that had taken place nearly 30 years previously. The picture was developed before skeptical witnesses and was recognizably that of a young couple in somewhat outdated wedding outfits. He used this same photograph for "positive" identification that the couple were in fact himself and Mrs. de la Warr.

Psionics seems to shrink time and distance to pure illusion. Among practitioners of radionics and psionics, the eighteenth-century concept of the interplanetary ether has gained over astronomy's theory of a "dead vacuum" to explain the properties of empty space. It is from this ether, claim psionics experts, that all life and consciousness comes into material existence- and to which it returns (in a higher or more refined vibrational state) after physical "death."

As Nikola Tesla once remarked, "When science begins the study of non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the centuries of its existence." That decade appears to be upon us now.

Your body and mine are enveloped in electrodynamic fields that can be detected and measured. According to its polarity, this ambient field can predict heart disease, cancer, and a host of different diseases and ailments -long before the appearance of physical symptoms. Scientists who study the L-field in seeds are able to predict the size growth patterns, and general vitality of the future plants.

These fields are related to the "aura" surrounding all biological organisms. But they are composed of such refined energies that no one believed they existed until technology enabled us to see them. Most important, these fields are influenced by the power of the human mind. ""ver since I can remember," said Edgar Cayce, the famed psychic of Virginia Beach, VA, "have seen colors in connection with people. I don't remember when the people I met didn't register on my retina with blues, greens and reds emanating from their heads and shoulders. It was a long time before I realized that other people didn't see these colors.."

They call it the L-field or Field or Life -a refined form of energy which could be a kind of "higher octave" force existing beyond the familiar electromagnetic spectrum. These fields surround every cell and seed. Apparently in existence everywhere in the universe, they coalesce prior to the formation of the physical organism (and may survive its dissolution). What kind of energy might exist beyond the known spectrum? One possibility is a form of radiation that exceeds the speed of light. Physicists have created a mathematical model of such a particle which, according to Einstein's general field theory, was only recently regarded as an impossibility.

Yet the scientists in search of these mysterious particles have found solutions that permit their existence- theoretically -provided that they never drop below light speed. They're called "tachyons" and may help to explain the "something extra" now being discovered to surround every living organism..

"Every living thing on this planet," said Dr. Burr, "from man to mice- from seeds to trees- are moulded and controlled by electrodynamic fields which can be measured with a good modern voltmeter."

This nonphysical "matrix" is the energy or force which determines the body's form and its function. It was proven by a dramatic 18- month study of women's L-fields at New York's Bellevue Hospital. With it, cervical and other types of cancer can be detected before there is any visible symptom or other manifestation of the disease.

In 1966 a polygraph (lie detector) expert discovered that all life forms have a kind of "primary perception" -it is found in plants, fish, crustaceans, even tiny cells and microorganisms. And humans. Plants are able to detect human and other L-fields. Even before Cleve Backster stumbled on his now-famous laboratory discovery, a West Coast minister, the Reverend Franklin Loehr, reported that two boxes in which he had placed identical amounts of seed and soil had -through the power of human thought-produced completely different results.

Dr. Loehr wanted to prove to his congregation that prayer is very real and very effective. The care and conditions given to each box of seed and soil were identical. The only variable was that Dr. Loehr's parishioners prayed for the seedlings in one box and ignored (or in some cases, actually "cursed") those in the other.

To everyone's amazement the prayed-over seeds blossomed many times faster and produced sturdy, beautiful flowers. The seeds in the other box managed to produce a few yellowish, stunted growths. Obviously, "prayer" has some kind of power, but how is the mind linked to such energy? What is it?

Researchers have found that biological fields can be detected in the air surrounding every living organism. These fields are intimately related to human emotional and mental processes. The spectacular technique for photographing the energy patterns of L-fields was discovered in England years before the celebrated discovery of Kirlian photography in the Soviet Union.

The Delawarr camera is based on some of the same principles as the Hieronymus Machine. One of the most important and startling of the thousands of experiments in radionic (or "psionic") photography was made in England in 1958, and demonstrates the potency of the L-field. De la Warr used his patented camera to photograph a sample of ordinary tap water at Oxford. The resulting picture showed seven thin bright lights of varying lengths radiating from their common center point.

It wasn't at all unusual. Every substance photographed with the Delawarr camera had its own characteristic radiation pattern. But then they asked a priest, the Rev. P. W. Eardsley, to bless the water before they took another picture of the same sample. "Something" completely unexplainable (by all scientific means) happened: a totally different radiation pattern appeared in the photograph- this time a brilliant cross!

"It must always be borne in mind," wrote British attorney John Wilcox in his book, * "that whatever it is that is being photographed, it is NOT the object itself, that is to say, not the physical or material aspect of it which is all that is perceptible to the physical senses. Objects have residing in them or associated with tem qualities and conditions appertaining to their primary or fourth-dimensional states, the presence of which cannot be detected through the agency of the five senses."

Totally independently of each other, experimenters are making parallel discoveries. In Cleve Backster's New York City laboratory, in 1966, for example, when he was checking out some polygraph equipment, he wondered whether it could measure the rate at which water rose from the roots of his office philodendron plants to its leaves.

Backster clipped a couple of polygraph electrodes to the leaves, then watered the plant. Within minutes, he noticed an "unusual tracing- similar to a reaction pattern of a human being under strong emotional stimulation."

Backster's eyes were riveted to the swinging needle of his machine. "I was absolutely entranced," he said. "I still didn't have any idea of what caused the initial reaction. I wasn't thinking of causing anything to happen or of harming the plant." But that's when he got the idea of burning the leaf with a match to see if there'd be another reaction.

"At the very instant I made that decision," he said later, "there was a dramatic and prolonged upward sweep in the tracing. I had not moved or touched the plant." (In a human being, a tracing like this would indicate "fear.")

Since that milestone discovery Backster and his associates have accumulated a wealth of new evidence. Their previous notions were shattered - not only do plants "feel," they also seem capable of reading people's minds. When James Collier, a skeptical writer for the Sunday edition of the Baltimore Sun came to New York to check the philodendron story he swore that one of Backster's plants actually caught him in a lie! It was that plant that was rigged to the lie detector, not Collier!

To eliminate unconscious interference-or the possibility of human error-Backster and an associate, Robert Henson, set up an elaborate double -blind electronic feedback system in which living shrimp were randomly dumped into boiling water by remote control. They had no way of knowing in which rooms the shrimp were being boiled to death; their only clues were readings from the plants that were hooked to polygraph machines in each room.

When the shrimp were dumped into boiling water the polygraph registered an enormous flurry of energy from the plant in the room where the automatic equipment had tossed the marine animals to their doom.

"Can it be that when cell life dies," Backster wondered, "it broadcasts a signal to other living cells?" Apparently it can and does. But nobody knows why such a mechanism exists.

The fascinating thing I found in this last statement is regarding the cell of an organism. Could organisms in group then also be considered a type of sell in an even larger organism such as a social organism? Could as it has been suggested by more than one researcher into the occult and the evil of Satan worshipping, that energy from violent acts or in death are also broadcast? Could it be an energy that is harvested? Perhaps it is used in the act of broadcasting to satiate an appetite of an unseen host. I don't want to dwell too much on that aspect of this principle, yet it could be something worth staying aware of.

"We know the signal is somewhere beyond the known frequencies such as AM, FM or any kind of signal which we can shield by ordinary means," said Backster. "Even distance doesn't seem to impose any limitation. I've tried shielding the plants with a Faraday screen cage (to stop electrical penetration) and even lead-lined containers. The signal doesn't seem to fall within any known portion of the electromagnetic spectrum."

Backster converts these biological signals to an electrical current that can be measured by the polygraph. The most successful or "green thumb" gardeners believe that plants have an affinity to the people who feed and care for them. Plants, trees, and other organisms generate or are encased in their own electrodynamic fields. These "energy bodies" are sensitive and responsive to the human L-field (and possibly vice-versa).

So now it should be apparent that using the sensitive amplification technology found in polygraph equipment, one might find the means to make the operation of psychotronic machines less dependent on the operator and more self-reliant or automatic. The operator could then merely adjust settings on the machine to find a meter telling him when he hit the correct sweet spots in the frequency adjustments. It may still require the operator to concentrate on the material he is looking for in the sample being analyzed, but the actual settings could be more independent of operator error. Add the function of preset settings found for a range of items previously made with the help of operators, and put it in the memory of a computer, then a computer would be able to follow a pre-programmed instruction in seeking and identifying out of a large number of samples, the ones that correspond to search criteria. This would be most helpful to an agency looking for a suspect, or for locating certain individuals merely thinking about certain crimes..

This is a prodigious manifestation that supports the evidence of the power of human thought, or telepathy, the T-field.. As Dr. Banesh Hoffmann, one of Albert Einstein's assistants, said in a joint statement with the Nobel Prize-winning physicist, Pascal Jordan, "A gravitational field has some similarity with the force with transmits telepathic information, in that both act at a distance and penetrate all obstacles."

Thought therefore, is a product of the mind which in turn influences or controls the L-field. In a scientific paper that is now famous in its field, "Electrocyclic Phenomena and Emotional States," Dr. Leonard Ravitz reported that "voltage measurements of the L-field can be used to diagnose the conditions not only of the body, but also of the mind. L-field voltage changes reflect subjective conditions such as schizophrenia and even the depth of an hypnotic trance."

The L-field that keeps your body in recognizable shape over a period of many years must not change. The overriding matrix which maintains the constant pattern of this ever-changing material must be absolutely permanent. Your body is not some miraculous exception to the universal law of energy fields. These fields of energy control the chemistry of all cells and molecules instead of the other way around. L-fields therefore simply can't be influenced by them.

Your L-field is not generated by your body like the biomagnetic field or electroncephalographic waves produced by the brain. Instead, it determines the form and function of your body and is apparently indestructible. Your L-field existed before you were born and there's now strong scientific evidence suggesting that it survives the cessation of the body's physical functioning. It is, in fact the body's motivating energy and is intimately associated with individual consciousness-your essential identity, your true self, or -if you prefer - your immortal soul. pg 84

Your nervous system, for example, did not develop entirely because generations of humans adapted to hostile terrestrial environment. New discoveries in radionics and psionics indicate that it came into being as a direct result of dynamic forces superimposed on groups of physical cells by your field pattern. Your personal L-field may either be interchangeable or some kind of dual manifestation of the same refined energy.

The indestructible quality of L-fields suggests that 1) they are changeless, and 2) they are therefore not subject to what is known as physical evolution. It's possible that there's another area of "Being," a different state or "dimension" where the Universe exists in a kind of "Eternal Now" - a "timeless" condition. This suggests that our conception of time - even our experience in it - may be nothing at all like our subjective sense of it.

Let's suppose there's a two-dimensional or flat Universe. Creatures living in this flatland would find it extremely difficult to visualize what "up" or "down" means. A three-dimensional sphere entering a two-dimensional world could only be perceived as a circle, if a small enough segment were inserted. Our conception of time may be equally limited. We can use an example here: a pilot flying overhead, say sees what the motorist below him sees. But he has the advantage of a higher perspective and can see where the motorist has been - and where he will be in five minutes at the same time.

If our conception of "past" and "future" are equally subjective, they could very well coexist with the present. Because L-fields are changeless they appear to exist in a different dimension, rate of vibration or state where al time is "Now".

So what we have here is a description of behavior models developed by researchers over time and what they found takes them out of conventional time and space concepts. Now, instead we have models that revert to the standard quantum theory and quantum fact equations. The author goes on to suggest the very act of discovery of this phenomenon is related to a special something. Part of a mass consciousness raising of humanity.

Right now it's all but impossible to realize what it would mean to put biology and psychology on an equal basis, say, to mathematics and physics. Dr. Kunz's statement implies that although the L-field controls every facet of health, aging, and mental well-being, the Mind is capable of exercising almost total control of the L-field. Something like this has been the accomplished objective of mystics of the East for centuries. There is now reason to believe that in some dimly remote ancient time it was regularly and successfully practiced.

A young California radiation therapist gave a dramatic demonstration that we all have this power to a certain degree- and that it can be trained and developed, just as the yogis have always claimed. Dr. Carl Simonton succeeded in helping terminally ill cancer patients to cure themselves through meditation.

"Mind plays a much bigger part in healing than anyone has been willing to admit. It's not exactly the sort of thing you learn in medical school," he said with a broad grin, "but it certainly works and that's all that's important."

The Fantastic Fields of Life

Cleve Backster's discoveries of the heartbeat of an embryo chick in a fresh, unfertilized egg and of the symbiotic relationship between plants and people have also convinced him that we "tell" our L-fields whether we desire a strong, healthy, disease-free body or a weak, sickly one. "If our negative thoughts and emotions can damage or kill plants and other living things at a distance OUTSICE our bodies, it's easy to imagine the damage done by such thoughts and emotions within," he said. "Our minds can control the L-field - the energy blueprint around which new matter coalesces to form the organic structures of our bodies."

Call it the "idea" of the condition of every physical organ in your body- it exists as part of your L-field and precedes the development of that condition (whatever it may be) by months, even years! In one sense this makes us almost totally responsible for our own continual creation. The hard fact is that all of us become, in varying degrees, pretty much whatever we think about with strong emotion most of the time. If this were not so, it would be impossible for cancer patients who are terminally ill and ready to die to cure themselves through positive meditation.

Where does the L-field come from? How is it generated? What are its boundaries in time and space? Unfortunately, we have no clearly defined answers to such questions yet.

I am now going to jump ahead to page 141. It is a shame actually that I have had to rely on transferring as much on the book as I have. I could summarize but the author's style is one that commands attention. I only wish the book was still in print and not so rare. I dare say you would have a real challenge getting a copy anywhere.

Chapter Nine:

Psionics, Acupuncture and Genetics

A quasi-electronic device located at a distance from the organisms it was radionically treating caused a series of genetic crossings among different varieties of the same species. The Life Fields of these plants and trees, apparently, were merge psionically -their genes and chromosomes mixed - to produce totally new varieties of hybrid tees and fruit!

And in spite of the progress made in the long study of genetics, orthodox scientists are having grave misgivings over some of the "diabolical" experiments now in progress in Nature's "immune reaction" in certain plant and animal cells and have already wide-crossed the cells of human beings with those of mice, rats, and even insects!

On a spring afternoon in 1972 while I was examining a radionic device for medical diagnosis and treatment at the home of Arthur Young, president of the Foundation for the Study of Consciousness, he told me an unusual story:

One of his friends who had been plagued by insects infesting six or seven trees on his land decided to try an adaptation of the Hieronymus Machine to get rid of the pests. He placed a photograph of those trees in his device, and without using any reagent or repellent, concentrated on driving the insects away. As he rotated the dial, he detected a difference in the feel of the plate he was stroking, so he fixed the dial at that setting and returned to an unfinished job in his barn.

A few hours later while he was totally absorbed in the work and not thinking about anything in particular, thousands of starlings, grackles, and cowbirds descended from the clear skies shrieking an untranslatable cacophony, and covered every branch of every tree in the photograph. Within an hour the birds had eaten all the insects and departed.

"If that was just a coincidence," said Arthur Young, "the odds against it were astronomical. Is there an energy field or medium through which Mind itself can perceive and influence other life forms? Did his thoughts as he turned the dial and stroked the plate of the psionic device form 'signals' that called the birds to their feast of insects?"

Some researchers in radionics think so.

In Harrisburg Pennsylvania, one-time headquarters of General Gross' Homeotronic research Foundation, the elm trees along Front Street in the Keystone state's capital were severely afflicted by the Dutch elm disease. General Gross tried unsuccessfully to interest incredulous city officials in a demonstration of psionic control of the spreading disease. The retired general handed a series of aerial photographs of the trees (taken from a helicopter) to another psionics experimenter, Muriel Benjamin of New Cumberland She "treated" the trees without compensation and in less than a month the Dutch elm disease in the area was nonexistent.

"Were constantly learning something new," Mrs. Benjamin said, referring to the way she and her husband, Roland, use psionic control on their trees. "I've always used a crystal of tungsten nickle fluoride to stimulate the growth of plants and trees, but when our trees had the apple scab disease, Galen and Louise Hieronymus came up with oxbile tablets as a reagent and cleared up the disease among the trees down by our smokehouse. I passed this information on to other experimenters, and it worked for some of them, but not all. I often wonder if tungsten nickle fluoride works for me because I believe in it?"

To summarize, Muriel Benjamin said "Nobody is smarter than Nature." For years they used nicotine sulphate as a reagent to stop the spread of the spruce budworm-actually spruce gall. The reagent is the chemical or substance used in conjunction with the photograph or sample of the target organism being treated. It is usually but not always placed in the same receptacle of the master witness. Normally, tuning the composite mixture of the samples gives the operator the broadcasting wavelength of the treatment on the device. One of the cases Muriel treated was at Silver Lake. In order to keep the larvae from spreading in the early spring she placed a bottle of nicotine sulfate on the collector plate with a photograph of the trees to be treated. Her collector plate was another version of a well. Wells started with being another type of detector plate. Plates on the patents will allude to this. One type of detector plate was a coil wire in spiral form that is placed behind a transparent barrier to keep isolated from direct contact with the sample medium. It is only if you are being practical and don't want to replace contaminated coils all the time. You see it is easier to wash the plastic or glass barrier than to try and clean the coils. It is important that between different experiments or treatments on different subjects, there is no residual chemical reagent that might be left behind to potentially taint the current treatment process. Anyway, with the nicotine sulfate, Muriel says that it worked great. The photograph and the nicotine sulfate are placed together on the "sensor" which extends by a wire from the radionic device.

In 1953 the Dutch elm disease was spreading in Washington, D.C. and Mrs. Benjamin asked a friend to take a series of pictures of the affected trees. These trees were along Pennsylvania Avenue from the top of the Washington Monument. She began the psionic treatment of the trees as soon as the photographs arrived in the mail. Within six months the Dutch elm disease in the nation's capital was gone. Psionics however was not credited to the success. Mrs Benjamin is or was keenly interested in genetics. "every living thing is completely unique" she told the author. We are not very much like our parents or our children. "We're all the result of every conceivable genetic combination since the beginning." She went on to perhaps make the most important and exciting discovery in the history of radionics. "I don't concentrate during my plant treatment periods, " she confessed. "Often times I'll be doing something entirely different while the machine is on -treating crops or trees almost anywhere. I've made my share of mistakes too, but the worst blunder of all was with four different varieties of peach trees Roland and I planted here. I took four photographs - one of each of those trees- and alternately treated them to stimulate their growth and yield. For two years it worked beautifully. I placed one photo in an envelope at a time on the collector plate and laid a crystal of calcite or tungsten nickle flouride on it for a few hours each day. Well, about the third year I got rushed, so to save time, I 'ran' all the negatives together with the calcite crystal.

"The next year there was a terrible mess. First, the latest blooming tree blossomed first and the early one last. The others were a mishmosh of inedible, useless fruit. Everything was either too small too hard, too mushy, without seeds, or rotten. There were dozens of different varieties of peaches on each tree. It was such a mess of nothing that we were eventually forced to take all four trees out of the ground. By placing the pictures all together the way I did, the machine had somehow garbled their genetic codes. Somewhere back in the their cross-breed ancestry I had scrambled their genes. "

The researchers continued to let them grow another year just to make certain what they were seeing.

One mistake was in placing face down- glossy side up, the photo negatives on the collector plate of the peach tree treatment and then laid the calcite crystal on top. The important thing here was using a broadcast frequency that was modulated to a combination of trees also with a unique frequency signature blending to each other.

Welcome to QE5

We will now explore further the mystery of Quantum Level Electronics.

I will now try to add the necessary parts that will conclude the book, Magic: Science of The Future. From there I will put more emphasis on what exactly one does in order to make a device, and how to operate it. The important thing to gain from the book is the valuable insight on how things seem to work for the various scientists that were mentioned. The operational principles in the energy is needed in order to make better sense of your own investigation of the phenomenon. You can't rely fully on these people, but the research they did will save you valuable time. Some of what you read include much of what a researcher spent their entire lives getting.

On page 146.

As Drs. Burr, Ravitz, and Langman repeatedly demonstrated, the L-field is the matrix-forming field of energy that controls the shape and function of the body. Exactly how electricity, acupuncture, and magnetism influence this nonphysical field of energy remains a mystery.

What, for example, is the "mechanism" for locating, identifying, or "treating" someone (radionically) from a blood sample, a lock of hair, or skin scraping? This is an area where genetic biologists and radionic/psionic researchers are in general agreement. The theory of most pioneers in the field is that every living thing-in fact every organ, cell, molecule, and atom -constantly broadcasts on its own characteristic wavelength. A living cell or tissue radiates its harmonious relationship to its parent organ and also acts as its "resonant point of contact" - even from great distances. Thus, a sample of a patient's blood enables the operator of a psionics device to locate, diagnose, or "treat" the patient, even if they happen to be separated by thousands of miles. Barriers are no obstacle, and the inverse-square law doesn't seem to apply.

For some reason or other, orthodox science is closer to accepting this heterodox theory than ever before. Cornelius G. McWright, head of the FBI's biological research unit, is now using an electrophoretic method to "fingerprint" blood samples more specifically..

I will conclude at this point to move into the making and using of these devices and in my own words.

To start with, there are many different variations of potential devices with one or more applications in mind. Electronic circuitry you will find has very little room for patenting. While you could do so, the cost is impractical. The fact is that the same circuit and what is intended for it to do, can be varied. Extra components can be added to the circuit. An extra resistor for instance and more voltage at the prior end to compensate for the voltage drop. Add a capacitor here and a coil there, change this to that, and whola! You have not only the same circuit, you have possibly even improved it. Components can be patented easier. The way a capacitor is made, the materials or the manufacturing process can not only be patented, but guarded as a trade secret.

You will find many patents here that I have copied for your review. The ability to scan or read or print the documents may or may not be as good as having an original copy. You can order them directly from the British and American Patent Offices. The cost is nominal and the time is a few weeks.

One thing I have noticed is the variety of different looking circuits and the configurations for the same applications. It can be seen from this that there is more than one approach to solving a problem. Fundamental laws of the energy must be understood so that the best possible approach can be utilized. A full understanding of these laws is still underway. I could give you all that I know, but you would still find other things I didn't know. I believe that the behavior of the energy in QE is similar to a subatomic system. There is a loss of space and time involved. Dimensions become relevant only in relationship to other spatial qualities within a set of organized structures. Geometry and beyond the single point to dimensionless concepts dominate the field used in QE. A universal field that permeates all things, this would be a part of the aspect we are considering.

So within the electron, the proton and the neutron can be found this force. It rules probability and dualistic attributes. The T-field or that which comes from mind appears to have direct effect on the composition and make up of that universal field. This is profound in a very deep sense. Thoughts are dimensionless. Yet it could be argued they take up a certain amount of space in so much that space is required in the development of a device such as the brain to harness and manipulate and store these things.

Thought is however an intangible thing. It can come and go or change seemingly at will. It has been demonstrated that thought is transferable through space and time. Thoughts can be conveyed just as easily as my typing symbols to this electronic media, and have it interpreted by another brain or device capable of not only identifying the symbols, but using them to make a reconstruction of the same thought pattern I had when I wrote this.

This writing has transcended time. Will it continue to exist forever? Will it only exist here for a moment or two? We are able to realize that thought exists and yet conclusive proof of what a thought is does not. Thoughts have profound effect on the environment and on other life. Extend this to include literally having a physical effect at a subatomic level on other things outside of space and time as you experience it with a physical body.

What are you considering as important in the application of the device?

If your desire is to make a map or coordinates position on the device for a frequency setting based on material put in the machine for analysis, the machine will easily be convertible into a broadcaster of the same frequency.

Circuits in these devices are specific in more ways than in electronic apps. Bear in mind that you can not interchange the dynamics found in electronics and apply them to QE. There are not the same types of influences to bear on the materials and configurations of electronic components. Although capacitors and potentiometers can be used, as well as other items, these components do not act upon eloptic energy (I will use the term eloptic for the universal field or that energy that is manipulated by QE devices), you will find the effect they have is not the same as that on an electron or a magnetic-electromagnetic field.

Eloptic energy will behave in ways that are not strictly electromagnetic. You will find optical equipment usable. Prisms, mirrors and lenses all add functionality to your device. And strangely enough, base on the De La Warr Camera the lens is not transparent nor is it optical. A configuration of a tree type of extension, using spheres on 'branches' of metal wire that extends outward in a pattern, actually manipulates the energy to such a degree that it alters its appearance on a film plate.

The circuit can be altered too in how it is situated within a natural magnetic field. Important thing to keep in mind. Other ways it can change are in the materials within a component. If for example you wished to duplicate results from one device to another, and make the settings on frequency identical. Or if you merely wanted to replicate specific results obtained from one device to another later on, the circuits need to correspond almost exactly. Where in electronics a micro-farad capacitor can be made with different tolerances, even materials and still have the same value, this would not be so in the QE world. Capacitors with mica insulators could not be substituted for ones with a ceramic insulator or a plastic one. Even the length of the wire, the gauge of thickness and the metal it is made from affect the performance from one to another device. The configuration, whether arranged in a straight line or in a spiral could affect the circuit. Grounding of the device is important. The operators must not only be grounded when operating some of these devices, he or she must be facing a certain direction as well. The operator becomes a significant part of the circuit when certain devices are operated.

When making a circuit with wire, or metal parts, soldering must be done with electronic grade solder. This has a certain amount of silver in with the lead tin alloy. Do not attempt to use regular solder. Gold and higher metals could influence the performance of the device. Size will or can determine power outputs. Broadcasting is infinite in theory, with no dimension established for range limitations. Nor do there seem to be time restrictions particularly in the time it take to promulgate a signal from point A to point B. Power can be in gross influence measured on the time it takes to broadcast something to get a visible feedback, and how much of the environment is affected in terms of space here. Climate modification appears to be one area where power is more evident and can have measurable differences. Better grounding makes for more power as well as size, and water particularly moving streams and underground wells are very good places to get a device hooked into a powerful 'socket' for production of motive use of energy in terms of both kinetic and potential power. During broadcasting, a frequency or a range of frequencies are attenuating themselves via the hidden matrix of the eloptic energy grid that permeates the entire cosmos. The first immediate area to be affected is that space adjoining the broadcast point. But if a sample is used that connects to something that is not immediately there, the effect will be simultaneously transmitted to the other end where the sample once had a connection. I believe we could find this to be true even if that sample is now connected to something clear on the other side of our galaxy! So space is not a valid measure of how a broadcast propagates but it is a start and generally an acceptable approach in climate and weather modification work. A potential energy charge is like your credit card, developed. From there a balance needs to be re-established and throughout the matrix, this energy will seek a path to find that eventual balance. The best way to short this circuit in the space-time continuum is to make a circuit that resonates with the frequency that was pulled out of the ether. The energy pulled out at that range of frequency can then be replaced from a positive state represented as a vacuum or absence in or a hole in the energy grid - to be replenished by fresh energy that is actually right next to the holes (they exist everywhere) and the replacement becomes a match when the frequencies are similar.

Frequency can be general or specific. The area in an optical spectrum and the coil arrangement and the other aspects in a circuit can determine the frequency setting. Some people have found correctly a certain pattern or design on a two or even three dimensional surface can suffice to make a circuit!

In making a device, the more capacitors, on the device, the finer the tuning can be. "Gang" capacitors are a favorite, although you may find making your own as a way to improve the response. Gang caps have a metal frame that is very close to the plates. One type of tunable capacitor could be mad using metal plates that are cut from sheet metal or are a pre-stamped size that is uniform. Plate area is optional but I would suggest areas of about 1 square inch and up. These plated can then be arranged on a surface like cardboard or thin balsa wood. The plates could even be reinforced by themselves if the gauge is good enough. Then the plates are attached to a rotor that is of plastic or wood or other insulator. There will be two separate rotors with the plates spaced equally apart. From there, it is necessary to mesh the two sets of plates and rotors so that like a Gang capacitor an arrangement is constructed whereby the one set transfers by jumping over a gap, the distance of the first rotor to the second rotor and its plates. The tuning comes in not the space or gap between (that is normally 'fixed'), but rather in the ratio of the plate area between the two sets. One rotor could be affixed and immobile, and the other is able to turn.

Again if you try to duplicate two or more devices, everything must be identical if you want to share the same settings. The settings once determined on one device do not automatically transfer to another like it. You will have to test certain samples and determine the settings to see if indeed there is a match. My guess is that despite best efforts, there is going to be slight differences in the position and settings of each dial from one device to the next.

One point to remind you of is this. No matter what it is you have found a setting for, once it is determined, it should be the same regardless of how many different operators independently try to find the correct setting. For example using the same sample of water, since obviously water can even be different in certain ways, the water should have a particular setting on a device. If you randomly cleared the setting, left the sample in the machine then called another person over to determine the frequency of the 'unknown' sample within the well, that operator should be able to settle on a setting identical to the prior setting found by the first operator.

There are different types of things you may want to find settings for. Water for example would give an excellent medium background band to superimpose a person's vibration. A pre-setting on water, broadcast, could have in the well a picture of a subject, perhaps the operator himself or someone he wants to protect. Why did I say protect? That is later.

As the subject has a constantly changing aura, one that can change even according to the current mood the subject is in and including thoughts as well, this subject's being or vibration is carried into all water with a sympathetic vibration of the setting found on the device. What does this mean? Well for one it means someone else with a similar setting could pick up resonant effect. Another device set properly could even become a direct transmitter and receiver to the other set(s). In addition, the environment is full of water, it is in oceans, lakes, rivers and in the air! It is in your body and the bodies of others. The composition of the broadcast would now be allowed to resonate to a lesser or greater amount in any composition that has this water. So that if you are being attacked on a broadcast level or someone is transmitting to you even thoughts that are negative or have a negative influence in addition to many other ramifications this has, one is that an attacker will also get a feedback result. The attacker will if made up of water or in contact with a similar frequency then the attacker will experience to some extent what the subject in this is experiencing. As an attack begins on the energy and non-physical level first, the photograph will immediately reflect the change and it in turn is amplified and rebroadcast.

This technique can be used on a variety of other frequencies. The Sun is one very good one. We don't have the Sun in us, but if outdoors it will be on us. Air is another good one. Remember straight air is a mixture of gases. Earth too has its place. Certain magnetic alignments can be useful.

At this point it is interesting to say the magnetic force in the Earth can be used to integrate and broadcast from. A simple broadcasting device can be made using magnets only. It will generally broadcast whatever is inside the circle of magnets to the subject or subjects that are within the magnetic field of the Earth.

You make this device usually using the strongest possible disk magnets. They are arranged in a circle and it should be at least four inches in diameter but not exceed a dimension where the center would not feel the effect of a magnetic energy. The magnets are arranged in an alternating polarity. Starting with a 'North' pole then around either to the clockwise or counterclockwise direction, a 'South' pole (facing up). Next of course is another North and then South and so on. Depending on size, a small device of four or five inches in diameter will need eight magnets of equal strength- equally divided around the circumference of the circle.

Now in order for it to actually broadcast, the device must be attenuated to match the Earth's local magnetic field alignment. A compass helps here. Put it in the center of the circle. The needle will align with the strongest North-South placement from the position it is resting in. The next thing you need to do is prior to finding out how the device is aligned in the center, the compass should have been used to get an outside or control setting of the natural local magnetic North or South pole setting. Now all you need to do is make the device North-South match the natural one. This device is effective but may require a longer period of 'exposure' to get the results a few minutes on the grounded metal type device with capacitors has.

Light is also a broadcast medium.

As a matter of prudence, I want you to make sure of one thing. When deriving settings. Keep in mind that the device you are using has a dial face with a reliable scale that will not shift or move in relation to the component it is hooked to. Each component that is adjustable should be firmly locked in place. Do not allow for slippage to occur. And make the faceplate or dial plate the same way. When reading the setting be sure that you originally find the position in numeric or alpha terms by focusing your eye (one or the other but not both) dead center on top of the shaft or rotor of the component. Then and only then do your eyes scan out to the edge of the dial to see where the arrow is indicated. Then every time that you go into a setting you found already, it should be recorded and then using the record, attempt to find the setting by the same method. It you shift from left to right you will notice the position on the dial can shift as well. It is relative to the position of the eye so remember that!

Potentiometers are another component that is adjustable and is in circuits. It is not use as a resistor in this application, but rather as a tunable shape and attenuated length in the circuit. Make sure that you use them. In conjunction with a variation in the same approach, coils, and spirals are also used. Making them is an art and you won't readily find these items available.

From another book on the subject, called "Secrets of the Life Force", by Christopher Hills, the author submits his insights. Another great book by the same author if you can find it is "Energy Matter and Form". My copy was forced to be thrown out. A story that I won't go into.

If the mind can interact with bacteria in a growing milk culture then it was reasoned that other living systems in Nature, plant life, biological cell structures, may also be influenced by thought fields.

An experiment to discover how prevalent the ability to create ionization patterns from the living cells of a plant leaf was conducted regularly with twenty people once a week at our London research center. The procedure was very simple. Some photographic plates sensitive to the blue part of the spectrum were given to us by George De La Warr of the Delawarr Laboratories in Oxford, England, in an attempt to find people who could operate his "thought" camera" and at the same time, for our purposes, check the phenomenon of bioluminescence by the impregnation of psychophysical energies into a leaf of a tree. Each person would enter a dark room for a minute and place a photographic plate over a leaf which had been taped t o the table at its critical rotation angle. this angle iin respect to North was determined by dowsing with a pendulum when the leaf was rotated through 360 degrees until a diviner's reaction was obtained. Then each subject would place his hand over the plate and send a burst of energy through the plate into the leaf. The plate was developed immediately in the dark room and fixed in hypo as soon as any image began to appear. This was repeated by each person. Of the twenty people, four persons consistently could produced the pattern of the leaf on the plate, suggesting that approximately 20% of all people could ionize the film. It was then tried with positive film instead of negative with the same or similar results.

Tuning and using the devices

Climate and Weather Modification

n the realm of QE one must recognize and appreciate the level to which the operator is intrinsically involved. The state of mind the operator is in at the time of using the device dramatically changes the outcome of the experiments.

Why? Because the power of the mind and the "T-field" of the mind has been demonstrated to have influence of great proportion on the "L-field" as these terms are created in the book "Magic: Science of the Future", by Joseph P. Goodavage. I could use other terms, but with familiarity, those terms I choose to adopt in the current documents on the subject.

The T-field is tied to consciousness, and the dimensions or the complex manner in the way it operates has not been adequately defined by science at this point in time. Only the results of influencing physically, other things using the mind and in particular devices in QE that rely upon the mind and amplify the current energy that the mind has, is what established the need for the operator interface.

Once the operator has found a particular setting, the device is now basically free to run on its own thereby freeing up the operator to use his mind on other things. In essence, the operator is now using a machine to do better what the operator should know can be done with the mind alone! This is a profound thing to grasp and it is not something one tends to realize at first. But mind travels over distance, and broadcasts its thought to regions outside of three dimensional time and space and the effect mind has on other people is astonishing if you stop to realize that as well. In the sense of the broader definition thoughts are transmitted to you via speech, and visually as well as in text like this. Thoughts are also transmitted via images and feelings that can be transmitted in other media that go straight to the mind(s) of individuals tuned to receive your thoughts directly. And even unwillingly by subjects who are not able to tune out the energy of a strong practitioner of telepathy, because that is what I am referring to can receive information. This information can be as simple as a strange feeling, or a brief impression, and go all the way up to specific thoughts or messages. Information is more though than facts and figures. Information is what composes a person's physical makeup as we can see in the complex arrangement of molecules in the composition of DNA. Information is what makes the picture on the screen and determines by content whether you are able to even decipher or make sense of it.

Travelling through time and space your device is a connection to your mind and if you wish your essential being and physical self too. The messages you send are the same thing. They are now working with a physical system of support. This support comes in the form of a device that works on the energy that is inherent within the matrix of the physical universe. That in turn leads one down the path of what makes up the physical universe and that takes us down into the realm of the subatomic. Here we have the timeless void of probability and all the other quantum behavior and characteristics - and so by deduction one can surmise that the matrix and the device is working together. The device itself made up of material that relies upon the matrix of subatomic interaction and yet capable due to its unique arrangement of the way the different materials are arranged spatially and in vibrational context via the chemical makeup not only in the component that is now harnessing some quanta involved within the energy but also filtering by the frequency, amplifying and sending to specific targets -via the circuit.

Do not over-concern yourself on this. You will become painfully aware of the mind as you embark over time the various applications available with the device. A certain amount of discipline and concentration of one item of interest while tuning is necessary. Once a frequency is found however, and the appropriate samples are inserted into the well or the detector, (Possibly a flat panel receptacle, or one with a spiral coil attached, or even a detector with the di-pole wire found in TV antennae turned on a figure eight configuration using the 'infinite' twist in the wire as indicated in one device patent.), the ability to make the broadcast is now yours. A powerful signal that can last from as little as ten minutes or as long as a day or two is possible. The length of time required is up to the operator and based upon the device.

Applications can range from the beneficial to the destructive. The same techniques used to focus upon a harmful virus and incapacitate it are evident in applications of organisms on a more complex and higher scale. Duplicity is part of the avenue to the application. To rid one of illness is on the one side and to rid someone period is on the other. QE is being released knowing it is the darker side of the application, the one that could eliminate other lives as well as improving life is apparent. The correct use of the machine is stressed. Remember that there are defensive measures you or others can take in order to make attack using this device a defensible measure too. In so doing the defense can become a strong offense, using only the energy directed toward you by the enemy and reflecting it back in essence.

Working on the QE DEVICE

One would start by determining what type of device you have. The 'Payless' device, (see plates and diagrams) is a simple device and has few parts. It has the ability to use detector plates in picking up sample vibrations. The gang type capacitors are capable of accumulation of charge. The resultant force is built up when an antennae is added. Broadcast is good. Distance should not be expected as being a factor as it is in radio using the electromagnetic spectrum of broadcast. Bear in mind this is a factor with the magnetron or the magnetic broadcast mentioned in QE 5. The range of frequencies are large and can be made fairly specific when you have three or more gang capacitors in parallel. Even this device can be made more powerful. Although distance is not a factor the relative strength is in the amount or quanta in the energy being extracted. The force is determined by the amount of energy being pulled. The plate area and the relative gap between them along with the amount of ground the device has are factors in power.

Using the "Payless" device as one example, a series of steps are required in setting the machine up to perform a function. First one must determine the function. To start with lets go to the most fundamental function - determining content and the frequency of a substance within a sample containing known and unknown elements. Detection will enable one to determine the amount and type of a particular mineral or element within a sample of ore for example. One can even arrange special detectors on a device mounted on a tripod or suspended from a location in space above the ground and determine with detection the quantity and types of things one is looking for in the sample that being the earth itself! A special type of ground tomography is what is involved here.

Another type of function would be to take reading and determine the frequency of a composition or blend of specific frequencies within a complex set of molecules like that found in a herbicide. The different frequencies within the atoms of these molecules combine to make a 'symphony' or composite frequency. Add to that the target and blend by detection in finding what the resultant frequency would be with the herbicide and the target, a plant for example. Both will produce their own frequency and together the blend created by the interaction of the chemicals can be found. This works better if the combination has a pre-determined knowledge with a desired outcome. In this case perhaps it is the elimination of the plant. The operator could simply search for the combined frequency, or could also concentrate on specifically what kind of frequency is being produced as a result of these combined elements that would cause the plant frequency to change or to be eliminated altogether as what would happen in the physical communication by direct contact-the informational transfer that would occur should the herbicide be applied. In other words, it is not so much the combined frequency alone that could work, it might work even better if the frequency that disrupts the plant frequency, is used. What is the frequency therefore you would ask yourself, that causes the plant frequency to disappear or to change from one with an active life force to one of decaying matter without a life force. This is the state of mind the operator would concentrate on while looking for a frequency of an application on a weed control. The operator could however be just looking to see if there is water in either the herbicide or the plant. Not concerned about the interaction of the two, readings could be made on either the plant or the herbicide separately. The amount and even whether or not there is any water present in either sample can be determined. In the case of water the operator could take the time to find a range that water itself falls into on the device. Putting a sample of water in and finding the frequency can better determine the presence and quantity of such within other samples later. For the plant, the setting previously found on water is set on the device. Then the plant or other material to be sampled is put in the detector. The stroke plate will enable the operator to determine the amount and whether or not there even is any presence of the water by how much drag effect there is on the plate.

To find a setting, first get your sample into the detector. All components should now be preset to zero. This setting of the components is the one where the potentiometers and the capacitors are the closest t o being grounded. Or, the shortest wavelengths. Capacitors are matched with plate to plate area at a maximum.

The first component to be set is the prism. The operator is to be grounded if possible and properly aligned to the magnetic North South orientation. Concentration at this point forward is essential. Using one hand on the stroke plate at all times, the operator is moving in either a back and forth motion or in a circular motion with consistent pressure and speed upon the plate. As drag increases the operator will find that at the current rate of speed and pressure of the finger(s) on the plate, resistance to motion will increase dramatically or be reduced the same depending on the relative position of the component(s) being set. You must start with the prism first. The area where the strongest color in the spectrum of the energy, but not necessarily the only area, is picked up with the strongest resistance in the plate. It will not be as strong or as noticeable as it will later be when other components are added to the set already set. The prism is set when the drag- the resistance point of highest magnitude is found. Next you move to the first capacitor. Using the same methodology, you find the next highest resistance in the plate. At some point you may find that the current amount of speed and pressure are already insufficient to even continue dragging the fingers over the plate! You may actually have to adjust how much energy you spend to maintain a motion on the plate. That is ok since it is now the relative increase in drag that we are looking for. Usually this drag is dramatically better at one point across the dial over all the others. This is where that component's setting should rest and the operator move on the next component.

All the capacitors are done first after the prism. Next, are the potentiometers. Once they are done the device is now fully set and the strongest amount of drag ever found should now be within the setting of the last potentiometer.

There may be other components in your device, and if so the device is not set until all the components have a setting. Now you have a frequency. If you were merely testing for settings on specific items, like the Sun and its light, or water, or air, that is complete and it should be recorded. Other things more complex and changing may have a frequency you can not keep a setting to. It may be a composite frequency setting on a living being. You may have a setting that is rather general and could be used over a period of time. Eventually, this frequency will not match the organism as it will change and age over time.

To affect a result on complex organisms it may be necessary to periodically adjust and tweek the frequency of the device to accommodate a better result. Treating HIV for example, one may find the virus has a natural mutation rate. It could be that it is a mixture of mutations already in place. A general frequency may be able to reach all the target viruses, or it could be a few change radically enough to no longer be affected by a broadcast frequency.

On the plates should be a series of plates pre-fixed with "PL" for the Payless device I use. It has been a part of my appliance inventory now for years. Amazingly it is still around. It is simple in construction, the shell of it from a Payless shoebox! The components are common pots and gang caps. The Prism is on the top, underneath the cardboard that lies on top with a semi-circle line cut out. The numbers are the demarcations of the dial of the prism. The pick up of the prism is a simple sewing needle. I put it into a rubber cork used in lab work. A conductor - simple copper wire is connected to the needle by threading it into the eye and wrapping the wire around a few times. I then secured it with tape. The cork sits upside down with the larger end on the cardboard for stability. I mark the point on the dial relative to the needle only. The cathode end of the prism assembly was a shape made by cutting and gluing cardboard into a channel. Connected by solder to a brass paper holder found in office supplies, it is placed just inside the channel. The channel could have been shielded with foil but it is not. The brass piece is like the manila envelope clips that fold down over the flap.

Another part of the device is the detector. Again this is a part of the device that started out as two opposing spirals separated by two separate pieces of flat cardboard that were spaced apart by about a quarter of an inch. The spirals were further protected from getting in contact with sample material, by a piece of transparent plastic. I wanted transparent since the eloptic energy is known to travel on optic waves too. Later, the spiral coils were breaking free from the cardboard and becoming unmanageable and as time went by I worked on why a flat plate collector wouldn't work as well. So eventually I merely covered the bare wire coils with a sheet of aluminum foil! It is not the best metal to use but I was cheap and the device seems to work fine although a design improvement is possible for a much better performance I am sure. Other configurations of conductor are the same type of design found in a mobius strip. A TV antennae wire, the dipole type is cut in a three or even as much as six or seven inch length. The two ends are brought together to make a circle, the difference is that one of the dipoles is connected to the opposite one when they are joined together, thus forming the mobius effect. There could be many different variations and some I am sure would work much better than flat plates but the flat plates are pretty good. They act like two plates in a giant capacitor! The samples are merely in between the energy trap that exists and when the differential is great enough the energy jumps the gap, and in the meantime the material in between with its vibration, get pulled along.

Another component in the device handmade was the stroke plate. Again a good stroke plate could use the mobius wire arrangement under a piece of plexiglass. The stroke plate is supposed to work due to an actual physical change that takes place. A standard stroke plate is nothing more than a copper plate that is covered with a skin of latex rubber. It can be painted on in several layers or a balloon will also work stretched tightly over the surface of the plate. The plate I have is about 3 square inches and you don't need much. What is happening is this. A galvanic skin type response is elicited. As the frequency matches that which the operators is searching a relationship between the frequency in the standing wave and the operator are more in synch. As this happens, the rubber like skin exposed to cold, becomes covered with minute ripples or bumpy edges. You can't really see them with the naked eye, but they are there. This creates more drag on the finger. My problem with the latex rubber was that it was too expensive and hard to find when I first built my device so I employed the use of polyurethane varnish in several coats instead. It is a transparent insulator and it too can wrinkle up although less noticeably than the rubber. Latex rubber can be found in hobby stores if you want the brush on stuff. It is used to make plaster molds. If you are like me, and don't want the hassle, just get a copper plate and cover is with the varnish. Solder a conductor to either side of the plate- the opposite sides.

Antennae is another important adjunct to the operation of the broadcast device. Magnetron types using magnets have no antennae, using the gravity and magnetic force field as the broadcast medium, causing the field itself to be the antennae. But in grounded devices an antennae is necessary. On climate devices the antennae is a wave guide that looks like a rod. It is typically a metal of iron although copper will suffice and try to avoid aluminum is at all possible. This rod will vary in length depending on the reach you need. The best length in all circumstances is not necessarily the same. Anything from a foot to twelve feet is necessary. At some locations, a really long rod is what is needed. If cloud development isn't happening like expected, try looking at the stratosphere for a solution. You may have to get up there in altitude and a long wave guide will do that. Rods are typically one inch in diameter. Don't make the mistake of thinking a stovepipe will do. A pipe is what you need but keep the diameter in two inches. For other applications a whip antennae has been known to work. Get a twelve footer if possible. I have found rabbit ears for TVs work fairly well. You can use either one or of the extensions. Do not bother with shielding as it may be too close to the center conductor. There is a chance it will be better depending on the device, but as long as the antennae and the wire(s) that hook to it are not in contact with the ground or of a metal shelf etc., you will be ok. Try to keep the connection length of the conductor wire as short as possible. You do not have to spike antennae used in standard applications, reserving that only on climate modification purposes. There are a lot of things to research on antennae. It could be there are a whole range of things one can do. It could be that a coil or spiral shape has its place too.

Tuesday, January 2, 2001 - Technical

The weather is doing what I was worried it would start doing with Little John (the shielded device for weather modification), with it straight up at 90 degrees. There is obviously another factor outside of mine working here and it doesn't take long for the effect it has to be amplified with Little John diffusing the area and making the zone around here into a very strong positive force. There were high clouds, and the temperatures are now beginning to rise with diminishing outlook in the long range for area precipitation. Of course with the heightened amount of cold and winter conditions around the nation, I know that my efforts to intervene have paid off. There is a concerted effort to make me feel somehow defeated by focusing only on Colorado. The truth is however the snow pack in the mountains is good. Storm after storm has skirted around literally splitting in two as it passes over this area. But the over all goals- making global warming a subject hard to swallow as legitimate is working for now.

When I showed the device, "Little John" to a person, it was obvious by first glance that there seems nothing too spectacular about it. We could pour over the data, and examine all the models until blue in the face. The fact is that the nation as a whole would have been warmer, and drier without intervention, I know this. Also based on past winters, I knew that I would have to start early. Complacency allows the opposing force to gain advantage that is hard to get back. Week after week of higher temperatures keep the ground warm and the snow, if you get any, will melt away faster.

Little John is small. But make no mistake about it, this device is invisibly collecting and drawing energy. The amounts are staggering actually. Do you know how much energy is in a storm like hurricane Andrew? It would require dozens of hydrogen bombs - megatons in yield to come close. The power in the device was small and it is comparatively speaking. The operation of the device is not electromagnetic but the energy that is employed has some of the same properties. The device has power rating based on the connection to the power source and the size of components that are not being named in this writing. The components are about one-tenth the size of ones I typically used before in other days.

In the beginning, my research was carried out in the mountains. I had a lot of time as well, being able to live off family property without paying rent; I frequently worked only long enough to save some money and kick back for months at a time. I had at my disposal power sources like an open well. It was shallow but the water table was high and it did have some movement. The component size at one point was easily over twenty time the size of Little John. In addition the carrying capacity is measured by the conductors that are capable of more capacity with size. Again although adequate for what I am currently doing, the wire has been known to be thicker. The power source at the time of this writing is not too good. Don't get me wrong, it is still more than nuclear weapons can produce, but comparatively weak. I could power a larger device, but this one is a modification over previous models in that it is shielded, and in fact part of an experiment. It has turned out as good as or better than expected. I have used what I would term as excellent power sources - like rivers before. The flowing water; water has more conductive properties, can pull away more energy and send it to the zero or ground state better than anything. The best thing is to have strong thick cables of at least 12 gauge or stands of two or more of these depending on the size of the components. These in turn are connected to a grid of chicken wire or other conductor in the form of a mesh that can essentially be tossed into the river. The larger the surface area of the conductor meeting the water the more grounding it will have. From this it should be obvious that if I could do the same thing I have done before, now, I would get the same results I am currently achieving in a fraction of the time.

That is where I have run into trouble and have found myself making certain adjustments. An awareness of shortcomings must be critically evaluated and I had to make some strategic decisions. For instance, the time required to run Little John and arrive at some juncture in results- never mind with all the interference I never had before, that same point could have been achieve in hours what takes Little John days. As it is of course nature can not be hurried quite that way. Energy systems store up heat in one area of the globe and are absent in others. An exchange has to take place and certain physical limitations to the process are in place. In other words, you aren't going to get Close Encounters of the Third Kind type of effects simply by applying huge machines on the project. No, you will have to shut down after a period of operation and allow the balancing mechanisms in the system to move and the energy exchange to take place. The one other advantage is in having the ability to literally overwhelm the efforts of the enemy and their applications. You can operate in bursts with calculated maneuvers that include having it off. This is actually very important if you are manipulating storm activity on individual basis. That is what I learned to do and that is what I had to unlearn to do with Little John.

After trying to get storms set up and watching them get blown away easily in October, I quickly learned that the power of Little John would have to remain on longer. In fact, in order to do much good at all I knew from the start it would be running all the time. Therefore, the effects the best ones, were cumulative. I could no longer look at close time frames and minor singular events. I had to look at the bigger picture. I then worked out a strategy that has paid off. That along with upgrades, which would prevent degeneration, I would normally get out of devices left on for extended periods of time.

strategy for the past three to four weeks has been dutifully recorded. By setting to the North and now straight up, I have decided this evening to cut the time short on the current setting since temperatures are forecast to be in the upper fifties tomorrow. It has now been nearly a week. Little John is washing the area in a positive energy pocket. A persistent high-pressure zone we have had trouble shaking anyway is now building over Colorado and I can't afford to let it get out of hand. So I have now entered into phase III of the plan. Little John has been in positive mode now for three plus weeks. The anchoring was built on about six weeks of broadcast in the negative setting. Little John is now scheduled for the next three or so days to be at zero degree range and 180 degrees south. This puts it at a positive range setting all totals for nearly four weeks. From there the force will move into a negative seeking mode above us but with a weak anchoring from the potential difference between the ground here and the air. However it will pull down the macro movements in Canada and the sunny and warm will be replaced with more of a sunny but cold scenario. I think the real knock out punch comes in phase IV, when the Little John is put into -90 degree setting with the lens, for the following three weeks or so. (To be determined.)

QE WEATHER & CLIMATE MODIFICATION

Climate and weather modification is a complex set of procedures. The learning of it by trial and error is possible. It is not desirable to make mistakes that might affect the general welfare of the society at large, however these things will be inevitable even with other applications. The information sought in this matter can be found interspersed with the general QE material. One can find references to it.

Various areas of the globe will require something different from the rules that apply in one area over another. For example trade winds and the development and direction of the storm systems are different from the southern and northern hemispheres. Pockets of energy levels may require a longer or a shorter broadcast time. Variations in where you can 'plug' into a good ground source will vary. If you are working in the desert, chances are the well is the only place you can find a ground with water. This is a good thing if the well is deep and rooted in a strong source, and a bad thing if not.

Ground whenever possible in working with weather machines to a ground with water. A running stream a lake or a well will suffice. In rural areas or in urban areas, use the available water supply connecting directly to a metal pipe. If you do not have metal pipes, I can't help you.

Speaking of metal pipes, your standard antennae or wave-guide will be one or more rods or pipes of one-inch diameter iron based pipe. Copper will also work and avoid aluminum although it too works. The direction and time used on the rods is critical and varies according to desired results and location. Generally there are rules of thumb you can follow on time. Direction is illustrated in the plate depicting a circus tent.

The primary component of the machine is simple beyond imagination. It is nothing more than a series of flat conductive plates, steel is good. Use gold if your rich. A ground source such as a well that is lined with a metal shroud going down 200 feet with a delivery of about 2 gallons per minute would support a plate assembly of about 10- two foot square pieces. The dimensions would be each plate with dimensions of 1X2 feet and a good separation can vary from 1/8 to 5/16 of an inch. Each plate would need to be insulated from the others and parallel to the others. The distance between each of the ten plates are recommended to all be the same but you can vary them to some degree. I have favored using as a spacer, a couple layers of felt. You could use wood or paper or even some rubber or plastic. It does not matter if the whole surface area of each plate is covered so long as they are not touching. This means you could use washers or similar items that are a consistent thickness. This distance between the plates can be critical so it is important that you understand the tolerance levels a particular ground source can support.

This is where some experience helps. A short distance will work best in a weak source of ground and still works well on stronger sources. The point is though that a wider gap equates to a longer frequency and frequency does matter. A tunable machine would be great. Tinkering will over time help you determine the ideal distance. You could use even larger plates. I have used sheet metal plates that were 2X3 feet gapped over a half inch. This one worked but it was not as fast as another setting might be.

A quick and dirty machine can be installed and disassembled in literally minutes. A rod assembly is the only other consideration that might impede one's discretion and detection on a visual basis. The quickest and dirtiest of them all is to resort to aluminum foil for plates. Not the best of conductors it still works however. Cut in dimensions that fit within a book! A paperback is fine although not nearly as powerful as a good plate dimension is.

Space your foil sheets anywhere from 10 pages to 20 or even thirty depending on those operational perimeters mentioned. One set of wire to the antennae or wave-guide come in on the top. The front cover of the book is secured with a weight to keep the wires from falling out. The bottom wire goes to the ground source. The top wire should be as short as possible to avoid wash out effects. That wire(s) are connected to the bottom of your wave-guide. The opposite end of the pipe or wave-guide or rod is capped. The most easy way to cap a rod is with aluminum foil. Simply fold it over and around the end so the end is covered and bridged. A little tape can secure it from falling off. Another way is to use window screen and might be a little better. Keep your eye on the cap and replace as needed. Tape or clips are all you need to secure the bottom end of the rod. If you are into it, you could make a screw that the wire could be wrapped on and with a metal washer under the screw head you can clamp down on the wire and make a good connection. Length of rods varies too. Anywhere from one foot to twelve or more depending on how far your reach is needed. A good length most of the time is 5 to 6 feet. You will find that this is the one thing hardest to hide.

The final point I am going to make is this: Don't turn on and run the device as though it is going to transform the weather conditions before your eyes. Normally this is not the case. If a storm system is in nearby proximity, one could develop a regular thunderstorm inside of an hour however. That is assuming that you are aiming the device the right directions. A storm can be relocated and over considerable distances. With rods of six feet, areas as far as a thousand miles can be affected. The device extracts and relocates the energy flux of an area much quicker than nature can generally replace and balance it. Therefore, the time of looking for results begins after you turn the device off. Nothing seems to visibly change by the naked eye. DOR or deactivated orgone energy as Wilhelm Reich described it, can be seen to be absorbed and cancelled out when the device is on. Reaction time varies and although it technically begins as soon as you turn it on, the results may not be seen for hours or even days or weeks. Patience is required for if what you did seemed correct when you did it, and then the results aren't forthcoming when planned, without a careful survey, turning on the device again may take your timetable back once again from where it was. Another problem is that if you should try a different place to direct the rods, you may actually cancel what was done before. This is what makes some people give up and decide that it doesn't work. The immediate cause and effect relationship is hard to pin down. Another factor that will make it even harder now is the application of other machines in or around your local operation environment. You could either reinforce or cancel out each other's efforts. Broadcast time to bring in a storm where there has been a persistent drought could be many hours. The reaction time could be a month. Sometimes you might get an immediate precursor that something is happening when you turn off the device. A burst of wind can come in. Wind is an important side effect in the modification process. In winter wind will perform a function similar to lightening in the summer. I recommend you have it off during a thunderstorm. You will be able to generate more lightening as it is quite easy to see that effect. Spiking tends to direct more lightening strikes over an area the rod was down-aiming toward. The longer the rod, the farther out the distance and the deeper the spike. A rod of over six feet may completely pierce the diameter of the Earth! Another thing to think about. Spiking is when you anchor the energy and requires aiming the rod without touching the ground - to the ground. It can be straight up and down, but depending on what you are doing, does not have to be that way. You can aim it at an angle. A series of points create a provocative triad or square or even circle of influence. Spikes generally last a long time.

I could go on with more and more details but at some point you still have to try something. You can bring storms in, or redirect them away. You can also by sucking up DOR eliminate the risk of tornadoes. But be careful too! If you aim your rods to the southwest you could endanger yourself or others to your east by southeast with increased risk of tornadoes. (This is if you are in the Northern hemisphere.) You will find it possible to magnify or reduce the strength of storms. Hurricanes are even fair game. You could actually keep a potential hurricane from coming on shore!

THE ACTION OF VORTICES

When this information on weather is sometimes in conflict it is because there are diametrically opposed functions taking place simultaneously. And bear in mind that these principles are also valid considerations when manipulation of more refined or specific broadcasting is done. The energies of the climate are broad and course. But they work and operate the same as those in a specific frequency. An important aspect to:

Active Vortex - The Energy grid

Here is where some explanation is needed. You may if keeping close attention or have prior records saved, noticed what appear to be conflicting or contradictory statements. For one, I mentioned how when earlier this week the over-all pattern would shift in 'their' favor with some persistence, and when I was observing the crack or split in the clouds over mountain divide starting near Mt. Evans and going south, I knew the direction their device was aimed was south. Yes this is not an application of HAARP I am noticing here, but rather something along the lines of my methodology. The next direction I hypothesized they would take to be west. I was wrong. You will then notice something else that does not make much sense. I said the storms and clouds in Mexico, the moisture the front range needs, was being diverted to the east, and so from the shape the clouds took and the direction they were moving, I could tell it was rushing in with the negative energy to fill a void of positive energy somewhere in the Atlantic going up the coast of the eastern US on a east-by-northeast track. If I thought the west would be the direction to take if the storms were to dry up, it wouldn't make sense would it to aim east?

Here is the explanation:

The energy fields around the atmosphere surrounding the Earth is elastic if I can use that term. The distribution is uneven. The Sun makes energy inputs and these are enhanced by the input of another source for this energy- water. Add to the mix gravitic energy and the polarization in the energy field caused by spin, magnetic energy, and piezoelectric effects inside the Earth. There would be a constantly shifting pattern if you could see it. The energy takes on a Swiss cheese effect with some areas absent of energy and others with relative higher levels. It is important to remember the poles (-) or (+) are interchangeable by the comparative relationship to each other. One area might be labeled (-) but only because it is compared to the force next to it where it is (+). If suddenly another pocket of energy rushes in from either that negative source, or another one adjacent to the (+) one but not part of the original (-) one we are considering, then in the process of balancing the to differences, the (+) one will be more negative. In fact it could actually become more negative than the (-) one we were first considering. Now all the sudden our (-) field is a positive one. See how that works?

The next thing to consider is how much better a larger device with more power works over a weaker one that is on longer periods. Nature has a certain energy quotient. The average levels remain within an allowable or normal range. This is the dominion set. The matrix is modified when artificial stimulation of energy or in my case the removal of the energy is made. By moving it faster in relation to it being replaced or adding it faster than it can be taken out, you have an imbalance and set up the equation for neutralization. Nature is constantly trying to find the null or resting point. The place that the pendulum rests. This is a constant process. The same thing happens within an electronic circuit as the course of electrons but more importantly the opposing forces in the circuit seek to balance each other out. In the ground a similar cheese in the energy grid can be found. But in relation to the atmosphere it is far more stable and organized. It is also positive in relation to the out limits of the troposphere above ground. There is a matrix in the ground that energy takes in a flowing pattern that is related to the spin and relative motion of the body in the ocean of energy it is part of: the Universe. This is where ancients discovered ley lines. Many have been mapped out, and in England many churches were built upon the sites where these energy lines or flow patterns intersect. This creates a grid, an energy grid. Keep this in mind.

So 3.5 hours +90. Then while watching the channel 31 news at 9:30 I knew what I had to do. The spike plan for -90 degrees I maintained. After watching the weather report at 9:30 and seeing this reporter say the chance for any snow outside of some northern mountains was out. This -90 was the direction for 4 hours, and I changed it at 12:30 AM. I woke up and did it. The next direction was to the west once again. Instead of Northwest, I went to the west in order to counteract the east direction 'they' took. Then at 5:00 AM, I took it to the NW at 325 degrees for four hours. The combined effect is like going NW at 300 degrees, but it is better because instead of one line, you have created two lines that have to intersect. At 8:45 AM for 1.25 hours until 10:00, the rod is slightly reoriented to go a little lower in order to reach a further radius, and pointed to a more northerly direction. I went +15 degree range and about 345 degrees north-by-northwest. Then at 10:00 AM a direction to the west. This is only to add more time to that direction. At 11:00, I will move to +90 degrees again only to add to what was done last night for one hour until 12:00 noon. The storm that is supposed to go north of us will become much more positive as its scheduled passage moves to the east. Doing so, the energy will shift and with it the clouds and wind. The cold air will sink down again to the west of us but since my reorientation was made a quicker response to that cold air will come here. We won't have to wait for the mass to move east. The storm may loop around. The Mexican moisture won't be there to mix however. That will come after the shut down.

The final series of acts is in another spike this afternoon lasting for about 3 hours until 3:00 PM. Then shut down.

Here is an important point. While the device is on an active zone is applied where a void is created in the energy matrix. This hole is a positive one. It is more like a cone. It has a source label it x and it is at the point where the rod meets the device. The origin point if you will. From there the zone fans out depending on the length of rod, and whether shielded or not. In the process of creating this beam. The surrounding energy is positive in relation to it. The effect is dual. While being attracted and sucked into the void the energy envelope outside the area of interaction pulls away actually as though being repelled from that source. The energy difference or potential difference builds up. Like a spring the energy imbalance reaches a maximum in relation to the inputs and the directions these inputs came from. When the source is withdrawn, the energy makes a rush to replace and meet the void to balance. While the device is on, the negative source is collecting and gathering. The clouds around will intensify. They will tend to congeal. And you might think initially you are doing something wrong if the rod is short or non existent. The clouds will appear to be pulling away. In fact they can actually decompose and evaporate! They will disappear. Even when the rod is longer, the reach is too. The pattern the clouds take vary. Anchoring is important. When turned off or closed, the device is no longer producing active energy inputs.

For an example, if pointed west, the initial response typically is while active for the energy to move generally speaking, east. This also equates to wind from the west to east. In the summer the discharge is more lightening. Without electrical discharge there is more wind. After closing down. The energy would then move back west. Of course multiple inputs over a period of time, and done in the correct sequence form complex patterns hard to discern even by the experts. It is necessary to constantly measure and adjust for fine tuned and customizable results.

There is the other approach. Instead of working on sequential motions, especially if they are all to fit in less than one day, make all the motions at the same time. Vectors are produced that branch out and get anchored at the same time. Remember that the more rods used on the same device, the less amount is proportion any one rod will have and that is important with spiking. If the spike rod is one of four, then only 25% of the spike time is made. You could do a separate device just for the spike if over three rods are used. Spikes can work on 30% of the total air time given. In some cases more and others less.

Spiking was first conceived when I went from a mono-pole to a dipole arrangement. It was an experiment that I have no real fondness of except that it did facilitate a reason to separate the dipole when it became obvious that not always would I want the rod pointing down to be 180 degrees out. That is when I noticed it did help to anchor, but sometimes the point was better off if I went to another area.
