Certainly seems the cage is getting rattled. The whole basis behind the book Cracking the Code, is to claim common-law copyright to your name. Seems like a good idea to me. Perhaps Big Brother is terrified that this is the solution, with over 3000 researhers agreeing that this is the right way, I wonder about the above mentioned article.
